From the start Oanda have been impressive with their comprehensive customer service and dedicated account management. Any queries are dealt with within a few hours. The online service has been reliable, and the TradingView offer is the icing on the cake.

A three year old tumbler dryer now has a fault, cost nearly £400 new, not a cheap model, but Hoover now want almost half that cost again to come and have a look at it. Disgusting. Oh there's another option of a 'care plan' which comes to even more over the year. Mugging off their customers, I wont be stupid enough to buy one of their products again.

Of course it is always disappointing if an appliance suffers a failure but we trust you will appreciate that no matter how carefully designed and manufactured, electrical or mechanical components can be subject to failure, and although regrettable cannot be totally safeguarded against.Therefore, we supply a guarantee period for parts and labour in which repairs and parts are covered. After the expiry of the guarantee period, normal service charges apply

Helpful as you like when buying from them, but as soon as there is a fault with your appliance its shifted to the manufacturer. Then its pot luck, but in my experience its either an expensive engineer visit (half the RRP of the product) or an on-going insurance plan. Rip off either way you go. AO dont care, they've had your money.
