Paid extra money for first month to get the key fob to get into the gym, says go into the gym through staffed hours- been there 6 times with no answer at the door or phone, been 2 weeks and I’m still not able to even get into the gym

Had an MOT before christmas and the car failed its MOT, which confused me as i had just had the car Pre-moted and they told me its fine, taken it to main dealer to have parts replaced and the master tech let me know that what was brought up on the mot was no problem with my car whatsoever, they have moted the car and has come back with no issues.

I would give 0 stars if I could, got on the phone trying to set up an account, after waiting for 40 minutes on hold they told me it’s another number I need to call, she rushed me off the phone speaking quickly and promptly saying goodbye, now been on the phone for an hour just to set up an account, brain is being numbed by the hour of “elevator music”

Bought a set of 4 tyres, (£250) waited 2 weeks until I sent an email asking where they are, no response, 3rd week I cancel and ask for a refund, no response, 4th week sent a complaint, as I have no refund and no response, I’m on the 5th week now and this company is an absolute joke, now I have a car with 4 bad tyres until I can get my money back!

The delays are mostly caused by custom checks which can take anywhere up to 2 weeks until they leave customs, and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.
