Friendly service

I stayed in the Wateringberry Branch with my wife on 4th Sept and vacated on the 5th Sept, when we returned back to the hotel about 12.30am the bathroom fan override wouldn't switch off, it was to late to complain and I told the receptionist the following morning. the staff were really nice and welcoming, however trying to log a complaint is near on impossible, I had to google complaints email address only to get bounce back reply's saying this email isn't the working, I then went on to try and make contact on the website where the message box isn't set up correctly, when you write your message it disappears so you are not sure if it reads correctly, also they note that there is a 35 day response time.....what a joke

SCAM, RIP OFF & SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, I paid £375 for 2 lights waited 2 months as they say it's ocean shipping, tried contacting via live chat and email without success.... luckily I paid with PAYPAL and escalated a dispute...as soon as I cancelled the order they contacted me asking to cancel the dispute and assured me my item is being shipped....I still out of pocket by £375 but will hopefully be refunded......... ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY....
