STAY AWAY!
Worst UK provider ever and support team is completely useless! I transferred my number from 3 to Lyca and SMS stopped working. I haven't been able to receive OTPs from my banks, any of my apps and any SMS at all. I spent 3 days over the phone with the customer service and none of them had a clue on how to fix this, they answer was always "rest assured we escaled this case to our high support team and gave it highest priority".
After 2 weeks and 3 cases opened nobody was capable to fix the issue!

BUNCH OF CLOWNS, STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!
If I could I will leave less than one star. They are a bunch of clowns! My parcel its been stuck in Stanford Le Hope since the 4th of June. Today is 29th and still no news.
Their customer service is a JOKE, it does not matter wheter you email or call them, all they know to do is saying "We are really sorry, we reported this to our internal team and we will be back to you shortly". Good luck with it, because nobody will get in touch with you.
They have one of the most expensive service out there and it is DISGUSTING!
If you need a company who will deliver your parcel by the date due go for DHL, DPD, or any other that is not this BUNCH OF CLOWNS!

Is this even LEGAL? STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
I booked a collection due on Monday 01/02/2021, the guy came and collected 5 of my parcels, all good till here. The delivery was due the next day (Parcelforce Express 24) and it never appened. I went on their useless website and I found out the all of my parcels were marked as NOT COLLECTED and 1 of them as DELIVERED and of course it was NOT!
I opened a case with their customer service and I was better to ask for help to a dog! Completely useless, they have no clue on what they are doing and they jast pass you down from a colleague to another. I have been queing for 3 HOURS and they changed 3 different operators, none of them was able to help me!
Stay away from these scammers, and if you can just SUE them, their service sucks and customer service is even worse!
If something like this happens to you just be ready to loose your money!
