absolute shambles

absolute shambles. cant get deliverys right, customer service impossible to talk too, take payments and if you try to cancel its impossible, never again and dont recommend any one else tries. go to the supermarket on the way out.

Unbelievable poor customer service

Unbelievable poor customer service. No way to talk to a human. From emails language it seems to be an overseas operating admin dept. Shocking that you cant just call a complaints dept and get things sorted.after my review they sent me an email address to send a complaint. They didn't get the point. It's human contact thats needed.

absolutely useless customer service 20…

absolutely useless customer service 20 mins to sort an email password and still on hold. drop off van swearing at other drivers when he is in the wrong. and f@£$%^ in front of young children, basically the whole company going down hill fast

2 hours and 21 calls to renew a contract. impossible to speak to an English representative. all the foreign call ctrs have a speech and are no help. Just read their reply to call the customer service number to talk to someone. VIRGIN thats the problem!!!!! You can't talk to any 1 English!!!!

diabolical customer service

diabolical customer service. over 2 hours to speak to some one that i could understand. indian speakers working in south africa. absolutely diabolical. How they take your money and refuse to speak to you after is not what i call customer service. back to bikesure next year

That's the membership cancelled

That's the membership cancelled. 2 tier pricing. Invaders to the country get in free. People that have supported you for years have to pay and put up with the mess they leave. Shocking behaviour

Hi Robert, if you are referring to our free admission policy, we offer a range of initiatives to support those who need it most. That includes refugees, but also food bank users, children on school trips and we’re also launching a new pilot scheme, working with local charities to offer free admission to people experiencing financial hardship too.

Found cheaper online but currys kept giving excuses not to price match. Apart from that they are a pleasure to deal with

Piles of previous plates and cups at…

Piles of previous plates and cups at the burfields portsmouth branch. No interest in a clean up despite asking. Not accepting cash putting older and people that don't own credit cards at a disadvantage shocking really. Starbucks own site say they accept cash.

NO FIX NO FEE> AN ADVERT ON THEIR…

NO FIX NO FEE> AN ADVERT ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. This company runs a scam. we paid and booked for a washer service, when the so called engineer arrived they looked at the front and said its broken and they recommend we buy a new unit from them. all we asked for was a service, They failed to do this and refuse to NO FIX NO PAY refund to the credit card.we put washing machine cleaner in and the machine is running 100%stay away from them, the customer service is just a team of sales people taking payments and not providing what they agree. Im not letting this drop and going legal to get my money back

Would rate as poor

Would rate as poor. We asked for a washing machine service. They sent an engineer that looked at the front of the washer and said heaters gone and condemned the unit. Remembering we asked for service. They informed us no parts available and that we could buy a new machine from them. 1st phone call and 7pounds50p and heater found and ordered. We have to give them 15 days notice to do what we paid them for or request a refund.
Also their number comes up as scam calls. So be careful it looks like they are out to sell new units and not supply a service
