Scary landing

At the last minute 100ft from the ground, the pilot chose to abandon the landing in Malta , he had not properly reached the airport apron and it was frightening. The hotel gave us a terrible room overlooking roadworks. The rooftop bar and pool was shut, it should be open at Easter and up to October not just summer. The main bar needs to be open longer hours. The pool was clean and the food was good. The entertainment was excellent.

Breakfast Poor

Nice room, great weather, lots entertainment, next to nice beach. good pools, gym and bars. lots shops 10 mins walk away, food good except Breakfast. I know you can’t have English breakfast in Turkey as they don’t have pork/ bacon , but the British were not catered for as well as the Germans. We could have had , or jet2 could’ve negotiated things like hash browns, mushrooms and fried beef sausages ( that looked like our own). An Englishman lives on his breakfast, although there were plenty of different foods at breakfast, it was mostly continental. 800 Brits out of 2000 guests , others Germans, Turks, Polish and Russians , we should be catered for more at breakfast. Jet2 , talk to the hotels.

Finally Resolved.

I told the employee my password was not working. He sent me the same password which , you guessed it, continued to not work.

I said I couldn’t get on the national lottery as it said my isp needed to update my registration to the uk. Finally resolved by UK operative.

Poor service - some staff at Leeds hadn’t a clue about advertising correctly.

3 piece Suit advertised at £479, came several miles to buy. Was measured up and the assistant saw and agreed that the suit was that price. when I went to the till, the assistant /temporary manager said the computer gave it as £599. If you look online at 3 piece suits first on the filters, the results show several 3 piece suits at £479 not £599. Manager wouldn’t override computer. Reminded him that legally I’d been given an invitation to treat, yet he ignored that. This looks like a blatant attempt to attract ppl into their shops or a simple software error. The supervisor was poor. Wasted my time. Very Poor service.
