Very efficient claim process
On our holiday to Malta, when returning the hire car, the hire company, said that there was an additional scratch even though scratches were mentioned on the original contract and that we had to pay an excess of over €200. It seemed to me like profiteering by the hire company. We argued the case but to no avail. I claimed the cost through reducemyexcess online form which was relatively straightforward attaching evidence. The claim was paid very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend.
