Excellent service by Reshma this morning. Calmly guiding us through the process maintaining a friendly but professional manner.
Had trouble at first with getting the results through by email. Having tried different email addresses and still no success, Reshma finally had to use her own email to send our results, which was successful.
The first attempt with my result from the official site arrived 1 hour later. My wife, Eileen's still hasn't arrived at 18.26.

The test box arrived at the time stated. The instructions on the blog contained in the email sent with tips on what to do made completing the test very easy. Once started, the testing process was straight forward and instructions on uploading a photograph of your result were very comprehensive. Even the 15 minute timer was included in the instructions and started automatically. The confirmation of results was sent within a few hours by return email. All in all a stress free experience. Would definitely use Project Screen again after our next trip.

My coreopsis arrived very promptly but all three had several stems broken. One of the plants had only one reasonable stem and flower head and very little foliage. This plant has now lost its only flower so is a very disappointing and weak looking addition to our garden.
