Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. This has been one of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with.

My parcel has been in transit for more than 2 weeks, was returned from Italy, and despite arriving in my city on Wednesday, it still has not been handed over to me.

There has been no clear communication, no accountability, and no urgency in resolving this issue. It is unacceptable for a parcel to sit idle after such a long delay, with no proper explanation provided.

This level of service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

10-year No Claims Bonus vaporized

Admiral has completely denied my 10-year No Claims Bonus, stating that the document I provided shows the expiry date of my previous insurance as 04/07/2021, making it over three years old. They claim it is "out of the shelf life" for a no-claims bonus. Since when does a No Claims Bonus have a "shelf life"? This isn’t a perishable product like milk! I have been claim-free for the last decade and believe I fully deserve the appropriate discount.

Avoid !!!! Don’t buy anything from this company…

Don’t buy anything from this company. Don't be fooled by the low price, you will pay much more in the end. They charge shipping costs but now FedEx asking £400 more for duty are you joking

This company is a SCAM. Be careful. I paid for a B1 test and never received an official confirmation. I contacted the company multiple times but they did nothing. Extremely rude people answering the phone.

I opened a case for refund through PayPal, will fight till I get my last penny, they are scamming poor people who doesn’t know English enough to defend themselves. Shame on you.
