Waqar, the Audiologist, does Boots proud!

Professional very able audiologist, who's handling of tests results, analysis and advice, for both first and second sessions was thorough, super efficient and on the button. His ability to communicate and get me up to speed with fitting, and mobile connectivity was a bonus and his patience was always present when I needed to go through issues more than once.
The test equipment, analysis and programming process was as good as it gets. Thank you Waqar, thank you Boots

Wise personnel are impossibe contact.

Transferwise was easily accessibe.
Wise is not accessible
I have tried for 20 minutes to find the telelphone number, the email, the chat box you tell your customers is the means to contact you. They are impossible to find.
I have a potential scam/fraud email arrive with the Wise brand on and thought you should know? But you are obviously not concerned about existing customer relations and wasting customer time. I am inclined not to bother with Wise any more and go to one of your competitors

Don't send any money to bank accounts provided by that email sender, or click any links in the email. If you've sent money somewhere, please reach out to your bank and request a recall. It's also worth it to contact the financial institution you sent money to and request them to investigate the recipient’s bank account. as with credit agencies, society would be better with out customer reviews. they distort and devalue real customer service

The tiresome process of booking is…

The tiresome process of booking is concluded with a 'wild card' monetary penalty for card payment labelled as a discount. When I pay with a Debit Card you have my payment instantly so there should be no sly financial penalties. A very disappointing and low grade process of accessing more money from customers.

Our aim is to offer a total price as low as possible. Depending on your choice of payment form, a discount for certain payment types might be offered in some cases. If such a discount applies to your booking, it will be displayed at the payment page where you can see the price summary. These payment type discounts are based on current market conditions, external and internal handling costs which we hope you take into consideration. The final price amount is always displayed before the payment, so you can always have the possibility to choose another payment form.
