Disappointing plant quality and poor resolution
As an experienced gardener, I was very disappointed with the quality of plants received, particularly the Coreopsis ‘Limerock Passion’, which arrived severely wilted and clearly stressed. The plants were left in their original pots, watered appropriately, and kept in suitable conditions, yet failed to recover.
What made the experience worse was the resistance to accepting responsibility for plants that were not in a satisfactory condition on arrival. Wilting plants that collapse immediately after delivery is a quality issue, not a care issue.
Due to this experience, I have cancelled all of my remaining orders and will not be ordering again.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with the plant on receipt. They do not look at their best at this time of year as old growth is still present and new growth has not yet started to fully come through. We do advise planting these out into the prepared area in the garden if they fail to thrive then you are covered by our full guarantee. I am sorry that this advice hasn't provided the resolution you were looking for.
