I emailed the company with questions regarding packaging, and not only did I get a very personable and prompt response from the owner, but I got an additional email a few days later letting me know that she saw my order come through, assuring me that she would make sure everything went smoothly. Our order came right when it said it would and the quality of the puzzle itself is fantastic. The printing is vibrant and very precise, and the pieces themselves are durable and well made. We are very pleased!
