Idea Great Costumer Support zero!

The ideia is great Costumer service are rubbish!
I speak Portuguese and this was in Portugal and I try to reschedule the event for not losing money and do remember to be an Brazilian women staff being unpleasantly terrible in her communication and the business inflexible protocol policy. I end up doing it and it was a bit strange honestly.. but nice try
