I really like the bras and have three of them but their customer service is seriously lacking. I had an issue with a delivery of two more for me and one for my sister and emailed them asking for consideration and they were quick to say they would do everything they can to make it right. That was 10 days ago and while I've gotten lots of messages with 'deals and sales' I have not heard from them at all regarding the missing bras. I have sent them all the information they requested but still no response. I have also requested information on how to return the one bra I did receive since I bought it for my sister but now I'm seriously hesitant about recommending Rose Garnet to anyone and have yet to hear from them on how to return it. Very expensive mistake on my part and very poor customer service on theirs.

Update: Rose Garnet apologized and sent me the two missing bras without question so I'm now quite comfortable recommending not only their products but their customer service as well.
