I gave them a try but...
I was skeptical but gave them a shot. I should have trusted my gut and the red flags. As best I can tell they are a company operating overseas and only using a registered agent/LLC mail forwarding service as their US address. Just Google the addresses listed at the bottom of their website for yourself.
The fee structure is fair and competitive. I do think they are trying and communication was good until I was ready to cancel. Unfortunately, the business model appears to be cold-calling homeowners even if it follows research. For me it only turned up leads that weren't truly interested.
When I was ready to cancel they were not nice anymore.
