Very poor customer service with no care for students.
Was let down twice with 2 different exam bookings.
The pitman examined clear ‘forgot’ about my exam booking, I was then fobbed off with a lame excuse, no initial apology. I was the left feeling pressured into sitting my exam an hour and a half late.
So much stress and anxiety caused, which is not ideal before sitting an exam.
They then also failed to comply with AAT standards and failed to file an incident report for the delayed start. Which I then had to request alongside AAT.
Customer service was no help what so ever. Apparently they have no means of contacting with individual centres and examiners. Extremely poor service provided, very unprofessional with no care for students.
In the past I have sat many exams with pitmans and couldn’t recommend them enough but after this I feel extremely let down. I would hate any other student to go through what I did and this is why I highly recommended avoiding this company. Very poor service and care!
