AWFUL EXPERIENCE - DON'T USE THEM
The cleaners came over and started cleaning our entire upstairs with their shoes on, no shoe covers, nothing. We specifically asked for shoe covers in our initial consultation. They had walked around on all of the carpeted areas, including my brand new rug in my bedroom. This was highly upsetting for me. When I spotted this, I asked them if they had shoe covers and they said no. I then asked them nicely to take them off. I called the company to ask why they didn't provide shoe covers and they asked the cleaning crew to leave. They abandoned the job, left everything a mess and even left their trash behind. I requested to to speak to a manager but she continued making herself unavailable, then I asked for a call back from the owner. He called me two days later, talked to me in a VERY rude and condescending tone, trying to blame me for everything and then had the guts to tell me "I am sorry if your feelings got hurt". He also tried to shift the blame on to my husband by telling me that he saw them with their shoes on and should have said something. On top of that I was told that I asked for my ENTIRE home to be shampooed, top to bottom, which was a complete LIE. What a joke this guy is but also the company is beyond unprofessional and it is obvious that they don't care about their customers. They do not take accountability for what their staff did. Do yourself a favor and stay away. What an awful experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. There are MANY cleaning companies out there. . . and if you treat customers the way you do, you'll soon be out of business. No one needs you. You need us.
