Contacted APG about a package that hasn’t been delivered: After enquiring, I received an email response stating that once the package has arrived in the country "APG is no longer able to provide further information" and "To contact the merchant you placed an order with for further assistance"!
What a joke. A shipping company that can't provide information on a parcel they are responsible for delivering.
Totally unacceptable.
