I had been a paying member of LiveGood...

I had been a paying member of LiveGood (via livegood.network) and initially believed in the company’s mission and products. However, my trust has been seriously damaged by a recent unresolved issue.

On February 3, 2025, I placed order #11884640 for a total of $689.85. The package was never delivered, even though we submitted the correct address and phone number. The local courier DAO confirmed they were given incorrect contact details by LiveGood, causing the package to be returned. LiveGood support acknowledged this on March 10 and promised a refund after warehouse confirmation. Since then, we have sent multiple emails without any response. The refund has still not been processed, more than two months later.

Due to this experience, I have chosen not to renew my personal membership. A company that fails to handle basic customer service and ignores refund obligations on high-value orders cannot be trusted with long-term commitments.

If this issue is resolved properly, I will consider updating this review. But until then, I can only advise others to be cautious.
