As mentioned in our private conversation, Pleexy sends email notifications prior to subscription renewals, reminding users of the need to cancel if they do not wish to continue the service. However, since you deliberately opted out of receiving Pleexy’s emails, the responsibility to manage and cancel the subscription prior to renewal rests solely with the account holder.
