WARNING WARNING ⚠️ WARNING!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I was thinking about ordering their Mend It online. I had the order in my cart but NEVER COMPLETED MY ORDER! I never completed my order because the ending total wasn’t even close to what was advertised, so I never finalized my order, I simply left it in the cart. Then I received an email stating “thank you for your order” Not only did they somehow push my order through, THEY DOUBLED MY ORDER AND CHARGED ME AS SUCH! With that I called them to cancel THEIR order that THEY pushed through. The lovely gentleman proceeded to tell me that their company doesn’t do that. After going back & forth for a couple minutes and me demanding my money back that they stole from me, I was told just to return the product when I received it. This was not acceptable for me therefore I asked for a refund again, the gentleman hung up on me. Now from reading reviews after this happened to me, I’m seeing that I’m not the only person that this is happening to.
