A Goldcar employee informed me that he had three cars to choose from in the category I had booked and paid for but all were Diesel and expected an extra 19Euro. I didn''t agree to that, so he said that he only got a car from a lower category with high mileage for me. This behavior of the company is a simple attempt of fraud bacouse his action was against clause 8 and subclause 6 of Goldcar's terms of service, which says:
"The ExtraDiesel surcharge could be applied if the customer voluntarily requests a vehicle running on diesel fuel, for 2.5 euros per rental day. If there are only diesel cars in the Group chosen by the customer, at the pick-up time, this charge will not apply."
