worst copy trading platform

The website was good before 2020 after that I think customer service changed which the manager of customer service talked with me in rude way when I asked for my commission and never paid me .

Secondly the website in 2026 has lot of errors and big difference between traders account and copiers lot of technical issue especially after they changed to the new version and it is been more than one year they never fixed all these errors I think they have poor IT team , there is alternative which I was avoiding because of the country where they are based but I think I have to change anyway I do not think if they will continue this way if they will still have any clients but the end of this year.

Put in $2000 in one of the top ranked traders. I did my due diligence. A week later the entire portfolio was wiped. This is a rug pull app. Do not get it. I had to learn that the hard way. And I hope you never have to the way I did.

The trades are not replicated correctly

I registered on ZuluTrade as a Strategy Provider (Leader), expecting a professional and reliable copy trading environment. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

First of all, the onboarding process took an unreasonable amount of time. I kept receiving repetitive automated emails asking for documents and information that I had already submitted. At one point, they asked me again for my strategy description. When they finally approved it, they mistakenly combined both the old and new descriptions together in my public profile. That already showed a lack of internal coordination.

After finally getting everything approved and set up, the real problems started.

The copier simply does not work properly.

Trades are not replicated correctly. Positions remain open indefinitely on followers’ accounts even though I clearly set stop loss and take profit on every trade. Today I had three buy positions with a strict 20-pip stop loss each — on ZuluTrade they remained open hundreds of pips in drawdown. That should be impossible if the copier is functioning correctly.

Even worse, the performance statistics displayed on the platform are completely inaccurate.

Out of 7 visible trading days, I had only one real losing day. However, the platform shows each one of them as a losing day. On my real account, I made $889 in profit, yet ZuluTrade shows a loss of around $1,500. At another point, I made $500 in profit in a day while the platform showed a $400 loss!!!!

How is this even possible?

I contacted support multiple times, providing clear numbers and evidence from my trading account. The responses were vague and unhelpful — for example, suggesting that the account may have been disconnected.

There seems to be a serious issue either with trade synchronization, execution logic, or performance reporting. Whatever the cause, it creates massive discrepancies between real trading results and what followers see.

This is extremely damaging for a Strategy Provider’s credibility.

I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values transparency, accuracy, and reliable trade replication.

Very disappointing experience.

been trading with zulutrade on and off…

been trading with zulutrade on and off for about 15 years.as copier and provider.they never were the best for copy trades;missed trades being main problem.now they are so terrible i wonder if they will fail as a business.50 % of my real live account are not been copied raised issues with staff too..i have only 2 -3 trades opened at a time but sometimes 20 are listed.i used signalstart and never had issues with 1000;s of trades.! 100% rankings are are a issue too.one day 300 next day 4000.same trading system.latest number 1 in rankings -96 growth. -167 drawdown how when 100 is max.izzykfx boom. and crash.actual name.332 max open trades.

looks basic issues not allowing to trust this platform. i tried to share my signal on Zulu but noticed in a week 2 times my account disconnected. assume if a trade open and account disconnected how followers will end up ??

Stay away

I am pretty sure that Zulu trade is a scam
I was following a so called trader on a demo account for three months and he was doing great.So were the statistics of previous years performance as they appeared on their platform
When I finally decided to go for a live account he kept going downward for two months until yesterday when all of his open positions totally crushed and lost all my money overnight
That's what most people experienced here as I read so my case is not a matter of taking risk when you follow a trader, it's not bad luck, it's not a coincidence
In my opinion there are no traders,the boards are fake,no capital has ever been traded
All they do is grasping money making it seem like ups and downs of the market
Another way of stealing money instead of a Ponzi scheme

I've been using app for almost a month…

I've been using app for almost a month now managed to make about 688 dollars on my balance then boom app glitches trades started going down and I started loosing, I this moment I could see the leader and trades loosing me money but guess what the app won't let me stop copying and won't even let me stop all trades they just buffer the whole day. Point is how do you go from 688 dollars to nothing in less then a minute while watching and there's nothing you can do😭😭. I lost everything they say you're in control but you not some trades open by them selves and won't close manually and trust me even today those trades are still open and losing me money app won't close them no matter how I try. I'm making profit every minute and notifications are coming through but balance won't change now im wondering where is my profit going and WTF is even going with this app yooooo people save your money stay away I've learned my lesson lost 688 dollars in seconds. I mean im not stupid I can't spend hours making up to 700 dollars only to lose it in seconds nooooo

Lo que se espera de una empresa como…

Lo que se espera de una empresa como zulu tradear con tanto tiempo en el mercado, es que cosas tan simples como mantener conectada una cuenta de trading no forme parte de los problemas del día a día, nada más lejos de la realidad, desconexiones constantes de las cuentas de trading, lo que afecta el flujo de las transacciones y la información actualizada de trades de la cuenta entre un montos de cosas más. El servicio al cliente malísimo, cada vez que vas con un problema, sus respuestas son muy básicas y robotizadas, UK na IA creo que haría un mejor trabajo analítico. Lo cierto es que mi experiencia ha sido un fiasco.

Il sito non è in italiano e quando si fanno copie dei trader non è possibile impostare uno stop loss in % ! Uso eToro da anni (ottimo! ), ma volevo anche diversificare, ma Zulutrade non è proprio interessante. Meglio, in alternativa, Trading 212.

Be careful who you copy trade

Be careful who you copy trade. When I joined in January 2024, many of the leaders were trading with Demo accounts. I cannot understand how a company can allow anyone to copy trade someone not trading with their own money.
I saw many people make money and just as quickly burn their accounts when these same leaders started to trade very wildly unlike their normal trading plan causing followers to lose almost all of their money.
The leaders can simply open a new account and become a leader all over again.
There were also issues with the platform daily where you couldn't see a trade you were in. It reached a point where I was emailing support almost daily. I left this company and would not recommend using them.

Don't waste time with ZuluTrade. If you want to become a Leader. See the following timeline. More than 1 month is wasted.

I started implementing ZuluTrade on February 3rd, but despite multiple efforts, it failed.

February 17: Contacted support.
February 18: They sent setup instructions, but they didn’t work.
February 18: I informed them it wasn't working.
February 19: They requested my account details and passwords.
February 20: I provided my account details.
At this point, some of my trades were correct, but the dashboard wasn’t updating properly—some trades were missing.
February 21: I contacted online chat for a fix, but nothing changed.
March 1: Sent account screenshots.
March 2-3: No reply, but I kept following up.
March 5: Received an email saying the issue was resolved.
March 5: I replied, stating that open trades were still showing, even though no trades were actually open.
March 7: They requested my trade history.
March 8: Sent trade history again.
March 17: They asked for trade history again, but still, nothing happened.

If you see the recent feedbacks on ZuluTrade you will understand what I meant.
Total waste of time!

The platform is good

The platform is good, but there are some fraudulent traders like Jumana001. You send him money to invest, and he asks for more without providing the service. I lost more than $800 because of him. He is a scammer operating under the platform's name, so I do not recommend him.

The platform was good many years back…

The platform was good many years back but year after year It is becoming worst especially after being held by Indian management the new version is way worst than the old version old version was friendly to use and easy very clear they change it to worst new version , I am with zulutrade since 2007 but I have decide to shift to Etoro , zulutrade spend money on getting good IT team your website and app are the worst in the world now , plus stop verifying scammers on the platform you can burn your clients account and simply change the email and verify new account with same ID and proof of address , the only loser in all this are the clients, I do not think that the platform will survive after releasing this stupid new version

I encountered a serious problem with…

I encountered a serious problem with ZuluTrade. My account started opening trades without my permission, although I never signed up for copy trading. After that, I immediately contacted support and sent all the evidence.
It's been a week, but ZuluTrade continues to drag out the time and does not solve the problem. They promised to sort it out in 24 hours, but nothing has changed.
Be careful with this platform!
If you have problems, it will be almost impossible to get your money back.
I have already filed a complaint with the regulator and am going to dispute the payment through the bank. I hope my review will help other traders avoid similar problems.

DO NOT ever copy trade with them!!!

In my opinion, they are dishonest. Their website and platform may look good to fool investors. The leaders' performances are inaccurate and misleading. Instead of making money for you, they lose your money. Their technical glitches made losses and they claimed that it was the trading server that did not respond. It was their technical problem that compromised my interest as a customer. Furthermore, it took them 1-month to respond with excuses to me regarding the issue. I would be compelled to rate them Zero if possible.

My advise to retail investors, DO NOT ever copy trade with them!!!

I can hardly tell what went wrong here and reading negative reviews from others, I think it’s hard to see consistent companies
nowadays except for CMX trading platform, now have truly seen reasons to appreciate their values even more. Considering how they handle my withdrawal with good returns.

for me these are scammers. i was there as a trader and not only was my share paid out, but fees were also deducted after rejection. completely dubious for traders, use mql or signalstart instead.
