The website is genuine, I placed the order on a Saturday night.. next day I got a call to confirm my address and pincode. Product was received on Tuesday.. it was safely packed.. product was the same as shown on the website.

thay are absolute scammers never buy anything..i bought a code which was already redeemed ..thay dont gave me replacement also not they replay...no customer support

They have very poor customer service. For query on refund, they just once its ordered it cant be refunded.

I understand the frustration of some other peeps in the reviews. I confirmed with the team who were quick to reply if the cards were available or not and got them swiftly as soon as the order was created. Would totally come back again

Bought the Playstation redeem code, got the mail, but there is no code in it, when. Texted them initially they responded and said there is a shortage, if there is a shortage they should just mention that it’s not avb. Instead they charge you for it and then don’t even respond well.

Asked for a refund and they have just started to ghost me.

Paid for a coupon code. Product was not delivered, the company didn’t refund, forwarded calls and customer service blocked me on WhatsApp. Complete scam.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order (Order ID #121037) and cancelled it before it was dispatched. Despite cancelling on time, the order was not processed for cancellation.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that “these kinds of items cannot be cancelled,” which was never clearly mentioned during purchase. That response felt completely unreasonable and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, after raising the issue, my calls were not answered and there was no proper follow-up from the team. Ignoring customers after taking payment is highly disappointing.

Very poor communication, unclear policies, and extremely bad customer support experience. I would not recommend purchasing from here unless you’re ready to deal with such issues.
