I ordered a simple CD from them in August 2016, and haven't received it after months of waiting. Once I sent a message asking what happened, all the company said was that I was outside of the guidelines for them to take action so I'm just S.O.L. on my order.....NOWHERE in their response is there anything about retribution or rectifying the situation to show they're about good business.....ALL signs point towards them being about nothing but bad business....and over a CD....wow....well I guess all money is good to them, regardless of how it's attained.....

I bought the blu ray copy of cars 2. It's been 2 weeks and nothing..no tracking information. No response from companie..

I have used them so many times and I have to say they are always accurate with there description . Great quality products and most of the time dirt cheap. Quick with the post as well. Never had anything damaged or not turned up.

I purchased a movie and cancelled within the next few minutes. Therefore, they had not even shipped the merchandise, but said they did. I know they had not, because it was within minutes of my purchase. After many correspondences between them and Amazon, they refused to refund my $. But whyyyyyyy??????? They advised me to wait on the merchandise and send it back to them; costing me more money for S&H. However, my bank reversed the charge and I was able to get my money back. Ha! It was not the money, but their reluctance and stubbornness in voiding my purchase, and thinking that I would waste my time and more money to return the item. I think they would have come up with another reason to prevent refunding my $. . Please do not allow this company to take your money and harass you by refusing to refund.

I'll make this short and to the point. I've been buying from this company for quite a while and have always been very happy ....until recently! The last five CDs I have purchased have been very shoddy/scratched/marked and two of them were not even the correct item! The customer service is good, and I've been refunded instantly but this does not help with the disappointment. Tighten up quality control and I may start buying again.

Have used Zoverstocks many times and have found them to be good value and have never had problems with my purchases. Hope this continues now that they are MusicMagpie.

Ive bought many items for Zoverstocks over the years, via their ebay and Amazon accounts.

I have a love/hate relationship with companies like this ( And places like musicMagpie and CEX (online) etc ) they buy items in dirt cheap and sell them off pretty cheap too. ( Recycling stock they call it nowadays I think! )

I buy mainly cd's, dvd's, blu rays or games if I come across something I fancy for a good price. But, its a mixed bag.
Sometimes Ive received the items in tip top condition and Im very happy. Other times Ive had a multitude of problems with items. Over the years Ive had items come through that weren't the version/release advertised, wrong discs in the case, and more regularly, extremely tatty items IE: hugely scratched discs/ripped or water damaged covers and booklets etc

Now I appreciate that a lot of the items I get are 'low cost' items at £5 odd or so, but I still think they need to tighten up on their quality checks. A few weeks back I bought several cd's from them. I would say only one ( out of 5 items ) was in an acceptable sell-able condition...even though each one was listed on ebay as 'Very Good' condition.
The majority of cd's I got were heavily scratched, most had tracks which wouldn't play or skipped constantly. All of the cases were damaged or cracked in some way or another, and all but 2 of the covers had damaged to them. I did complain about the first one I received ( Even though I ordered several, they all came through separately ) and I got a refund.
When the others started arriving I just couldn't be bothered to complain as the first one took a while to get a refund - (They didn't even contact me about it, I just received a notification from ebay saying the item had been refunded) and to send all of them back would have cost almost as much as what I paid for them.

Its almost as if companies like this think that because an item is low cost, its acceptable for it to be sent out in a tatty, cr@ppy condition.

If cosmetic damage doesn't bother you its less of an issue. But as with my film/game collection, I do like the cases etc to be in a good, tidy condition.

I will continue to buy from them time to time, as Im drawn in by their low prices, but like I said its a mixed bag. You'll either get a great condition item, or possibly a tatty one. You'll only know when the package arrives!

I've been using Zoverstocks for several years and bought dozens and dozens of CD's. They always deliver quickly and when a problem arises (and I've only had a couple) they sort it out quickly with no fuss.
I can thoroughly recommend to anyone.

They used to be very good but over the past few months I've had problems so won't be bothering further. The blu Ray's are described as 'very good' but quite often the cases are broken, discs scratched with fingerprints all over them. Received 2 wrong items a few weeks ago and it's taken 3 weeks to get a response.

I have ordered a lot of items from this company over the years. Initially they were fantastic and I didn't have a bad word to say about them. Price was great, product very good, and delivery was ok, but when you're getting good prices that's acceptable.

However, over the past few months there have been numerous incidents that now make me try to avoid them where possible. I have received incorrect items and editions on numerous occasions. Also, a few times, the condition of items has been very disappointing. When you're purchasing something "very good", you don't expect to find rips on covers and items generally in a grubby condition. The despatch process now can also be slow on occasion. You don't expect to wait a week before they manage to send your order, and then another week for it to arrive. You can get delivery from the US quicker than that.

It's unfortunate and disappointing, as I used to buy a lot of CD's from them, but price isn't everything if you're not getting the service. There are plenty of others out there now doing the same.

I ordered a movie with region code PAL because im from europe, the movie arrives and the cover of the movie is from a PAL version, but its the wrong movie inside the cover and the region code is US... NOT OK!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Never had an issue with them. Used absolutely loads of times and are great.

I've only ever bought from Zoverstocks via Amazon and have never had any problem with anything second hand I've bought from them. The description of the condition has always been nearly perfectly accurate.

My only minor gripe is the speed of turn round to despatch the order and delivery. The process takes a day or two longer than other second hand retailers but that's only minor.

I have not ever yet had a bad DVD movie, Audio CD, nor games disc, from Zoverstocks. They have provided exactly what they said on their description, and even when I've ordered a 'good' second-hand CD, DVD or game disc, its always been well packaged, delivered in good time, & been exactly as the writing has described it. 'playable' means just that, some visible marks, but nothing that stops the disc from playing well on good equipment.

I have ordered DVDs a few times throughout the years from them. They always arrive promptly and in excellent condition. The only reason they get four stars instead of five is because I ordered The X Files season 6 from them, and they sent me season 7 in a season 6 box. Within about 8 hours of the package arriving at my house, they had replied to my complaint, offering a refund and allowing me to keep season 7. Their customer service was great and prompt, and I am very happy to get a box set for free, but they still lose the star because it was a serious oversight to put the wrong DVDs in the box and send it out without noticing.

Zoverstocks has a great variety of CDS... Excelent prices... Very good services...

Worst company for delivery times. Waited for 20 days and still no item.

used to use these people to buy cheap dvds/games and blu rays from on amazon and ebay and play but since they kept sending me the wrong items or broken discs or scratched discs or even covers with missing discs . and contacting them and getting next to no where with there customer services i would leave bad feedback to reflect the customer service and custom id recieved. plus the delivery is bad slow isnt the word. so now i check my ebay account and find out theyve blocked me from ordering from them lol well just does me a favour and not getting ripped off. best go elsewhere and buy from other sellers.

Bought a PS 2 game which was supposed to be in good condition.
Looked like someone had taken a brillo pad to it and it would not load at all.
So much for being in good working and tested order.
This is the first and the last time I will be using this company.

I recently ordered a CD from them on Rakuten. They sell on Amazon and eBay too. The cd was £3.15.
Two days later they cancelled the order as 'cannot ship', then 24 hours later re-advertised the same cd at £8.25 on the same website.
I asked them why, only to be given some excuses of not having it in stock then magically having it there again.
Sorry, but I'm not that gullible.
Very sharp practice and dishonest.
I will now always AVOID!
