Good products at good prices, with free postage at low £ threshold. Great customer service too. I've used this company a number of times, it's too bad that they're closing in the UK.

I wanted some locking drain rods. Zoro were by far offering the best price on the web for a set of 12. The downside was that they took more than a month to arrive. They did however eventually and were as advertised.

I ordered an electrical item from their website
however the item they sent was a totally different model , which did not include a traditional charger ,so i asked the question why did you send me this without asking me ?
All they could say was return it if you want.
I asked for a small partial refund to purchase an appropriate charger .....but after many emails and much elapsed time , no just return it if you want.
I dont call that excellent customer service , its just a dumb reply from dumb people .

Appalling company, wish I had read the reviews first. Placed an order, which website stated was in stock, then keep getting automated messages about how my order is delayed "but it's still in stock, and should be dispatched in 24hrs." Think I've had 3 or 4 messages the same, so clearly not in-stock! I've requested to cancel the order, and yet they continue to send the delay updates. Pathetic service!

Wasted my time with poor quality descriptions on the website.

The item isn't what you thought you were purchasing when it arrives and you have to spend time returning and complaining.

Just buy it from a trusted retailer don't waste time with Zoro the small saving you think you're getting doesn't exist

Placed an order 12 weeks ago & was repeatedly told it was in the process of being dispatched . Constantly lied to . Asked 3 times for customer complaints procedure and it still hasn’t arrived . Yesterday was told it was dispatched & today advised it’s cancelled . These people are a joke

Placed an order, never heard a word in 8 days so I asked for an update, 24 hours later I’m told that they had cancelled my order because the price on their website was wrong but I was invited to re-order at the new price. Turns out that the new price was £100 more than the original, I declined of course.

Ordered something, then radio silence for over 10 days, then out of the blue get an email saying my order's been cancelled. Great.

I ordered some cotton tote bags - they sent me the wrong colours and sizes...

Wrongly ordered via eBay wrong size Jubilee Clips.
I tried to cancel within minutes but Zoro Tools ignored my request and sent them two days later anyway.
Nonviable to send them back.
What happened to customer serivce?
Certainly not at Zoro Tools!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Excellent service as usual, good company with great connection with it’s customers.

As always great supplier various of items products at good prices, delivery fast and sufficient and good updates when where etc cheers again

Bought an item an said it would be delivered within a few days, it has currently been 2 weeks and after multiple emails I still have not received my order and they keep claiming they will chase up the order

Absolutely terrible company avoid like the plague. Ordered a product got the wrong product delivered they would not deliver the correct product until they had picked up the wrong product. Idiots it was your fault send out the right product immediately

You had exactly the product I was searching for, it was a reasonable cost and you delivered it very quickly. So 5 stars!

Do not use this company - I ordered a tailored quilted boot liner for my car, received no updates from time of purchase and then received an email saying my order had been cancelled. I called their customer service to find out why, their response was they didn’t have it in stock, so I said shouldn’t your website have said at the time when I bought it, that it wasn’t in stock!?? I was then given an explanation as to how they have so many warehouses and it’s difficult to track all of their distribution channels of which I replied, strange I don’t get that answer from Amazon! This company is not fit for purpose and I would avoid at all costs
