DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. RUN AWAY
I HAVE ALERTED MY BANK ABOUT THEIR DODGY BEHAVIOUR

We received an offer to work with Zorka Mobi for one of their large clients. After agreeing on price, signing the contract and submitting the work, we chased them for payment for an entire month. After multiple emails, we finally received the payment.

But that's not the whole story... If that wasn't bad enough, this is where things started to get extremely unprofessional, if not fraudulent. We received a double payment with what we thought was a mistake. We reached out to let them know and told them to follow this up through their bank.
Instead of following this issue up with their bank, these people LIED, MANIPULATED and tried to FORCE us to send money to their bank accounts based around the world. So what followed was harrassment and bullying for 4 MONTHS with them insisting to send them the money, claiming that our bank declined their recall which is a LIE, they had never put in the claim. They also said their financial team would have to pay out of pocket (what kind of company would do that?) and THREATENED us with LEGAL action unless we sent the money to one of those accounts.

After we flagged this with our bank, we received a written formal letter stating that this behaviour of Zorka Mobi is dodgy, and they will flag this internally.

In our opinion ZORKA MOBI was hoping would happen was that we would send the money to one of the accounts and they could then recall the payment anyway meaning we would be left with no payment. OR, they might be doing something dodgier and needed fools to do their dirty work.

Do not work with these people they will try and scam you and if they don't, they'll try and give you a terrible deal. Stay Far Away.

Will, definitely, be warning other creators about the pitfalls of incoherent campaign expectations from this agency that will waste your time. Had a bad experience last time I worked with them (Influencer Manager and Finance Manager), but gave them another shot when presented with a subsequent opportunity. Bad idea.

I'm an American social media influencer that has worked with various companies; Having, mutually, positive experiences with several American, German, and British organizations.

On the other hand, Zorka's promo briefs seem, intentionally, convoluted so that their influencer managers can waste your time, and ask for revisions that include information that was not originally provided, as well as points that were not explicitly requested from the beginning.

As an influencer, you WILL be making 2 to 3 new promos for every 1 deal you do with them. Frustrating! Will never respond to their solicitation emails again. It's not worth the headache.

a great agency to work with. I had a chance to work with Zorkamobi on a few influencer marketing campaigns for a niche app and I can tell that these guys are a bunch of dedicated professionals. totally satisfied with the results. i'd recommend them
