Ensure you don't send any money to these scammers, they are only interested in duping investors. The unlicensed brokerage is operated by false characters, claiming to be expert traders. I once fell for their schemes and it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. I opened an account on their page and got assigned a fake account manager to handle all my requests.

The manager convinced me to fund my account with promises of nice incentives on their investment deals. I invested a total of 5000 pounds and waited for my money to grow with them. I requested for a withdrawal of my capital and profits after a month. Rather than grant this, i was asked to pay an undiscussed tax charge on my investment. I reluctantly paid this to unlock my account. However, nothing still changed about my withdrawal request.
I called the manager and customer support endlessly for days without any response or feedback. I eventually reported them to the FCA, from whom i learnt about the company being fictional and a scam.

I thought i had lost all my money until i came across BermudaFinance Security, a cybersecurity firm. They assisted me in getting my money back through a coin chargeback process, since i made all payments with bitcoin. Stay away from Zoomtrader, they won't deliver on any of the promises.

Bei der Anmeldung wurde meine Kreditkarte belastet. Danach wurde das Konto nicht freigeschaltet. Jeder Versuch das eingezahlte Geld wieder auszuzahlen wurde verweigert, das Konto, weil angeblich noch Unterlagen zu meiner Identifizierung fehlten gesperrt. (Die hatte ich bereits vor 2 Monaten gesendet.) Meiner Aufforderung das Geld auf die Kreditkarte zurück zu übereweisen kommt man nicht nach. Von dem gesperrten Konto kann ich nichts an mich auszahlen.
Das ist Betrug.

First I put ind 300 euros and than I deside not too invest after reading bad post about Zoomtrader. I was trying to get my money back by transfer now for 3th time, still they haven't transfer my money back.

A employe from Zoomtrader with russian accent call me on my cellphone and trying to having me invest my money. He didn't listen what I was telling him. After that I was blocked, so I was not able to withdraw my money.

under "Personal details" it is not able to fill out my Date of birth. I was unable to replace my date of birth. I was trying many time to get in contact with these thieves but nobody answer.

Zoomtrader.com have block the acces to chance The date of birth. Maybe so they have an excuse not to withdraw any money from their system?

ALL people should NOT invest any money into Zoomtrader, they are stealing your money. I haven't yet get my money back and the police are informed.

Mit dem Versprechen, hohe Gewinne mit Zoomtrader zu erzielen, habe ich eine Einzahlung über 350,--€ getätigt. Obwohl ich mehrere Tage überhaupt nicht zum Traden kam, war der Kontostand plötzlich auf 9,60 € geschrumpft. Ich habe daraufhin den Trader angesprochen und dieser berichtete mir, ich hätte den Automatismus nicht ausgeschaltet und der Automat hat leider dieses Geld verloren. Mit keinem Wort wurde ich auf diesem Umstand hingewiesen, dass man einen Automaten vor sich hatte, der für mich das Traden übernahm. Diese Ausrede geht bei mir ins Leere, denn ich habe den Verdacht, dass in dieser Firma sehr wohl betrogen wird und auf Kosten der Kunden getradet wird und auf das Konto zu jeder Zeit zugegriffen werden konnte. Selbstredend ohne Erlaubnis des Kunden. Da ich ein Passwort zu meinem Konto hatte, war ich der Meinung, dass niemand auf mein Konto zugreifen kann. Dies jedoch war ein Irrtum. Dass ich es mit einer unseriösen Firma zu tun hatte, kam mir nicht in den Sinn, erst als das Konto leergeräumt wurde, wusste ich, Du hast es mit einer Betrugsfirma zu tun. Ob diese Firma registriert und lizensiert ist, werde ich überprüfen lassen. Die Bafin werde ich auf jeden Fall auf diese Firma aufmerksam machen, damit deren Betrügereien ein Ende bereitet wird.
