Somehow got a hold of my personal number and is refusing to delete it, ignoring my requests.

I am getting harassed - 30+ calls a day. Miserable. Do not fund this business

ZoomInfo has been a terrible experience for my small business. Their salesman promised me that the software would generate qualified leads in my niche, but once I signed up I discovered there were hardly any leads at all. The product did not work for my business, and when I asked to cancel they refused. To make matters worse, the salesperson even paused the main sales video call to tell me privately that there would be no repercussions if I stopped paying or wanted to terminate the agreement. That turned out to be false. For more than four months ZoomInfo has harassed me and is now threatening to send me to third party collections. This company uses misleading sales tactics, locks you into predatory contracts, and refuses to take responsibility when their product fails to deliver. Small businesses should stay far away.

Horrible scammers!! Don’t let them trick you into overpaying for there rubbish data. Most contact numbers and emails are outdated and hardly any connection rates. They try sell you intent data and believe it is one big scam. The intent data is all fake ! You will be paying for a solution that’s over marketed and overpriced!! They are selling on there brand but the solution is very poor. Stick to the more cost effective options like Lusha and Cognism! Thank me later

The company makes budgeting difficult as it DOES NOT provide upfront pricing and requires you to set aside the time to meet with one of their reps. Very inconsiderate.

Privacy is a thing of the past with Zoominfo.

As a salesperson, cold contacting people who have no relation to your service, you should be ashamed.

This company is very shady. On 3 occasions I requested for them to remove my info as not accurate on their site. All 3 ti es they said they would remove and instead they email me hoping I will pay for them to post my info without my consent! I really hope people don't pay for this site. Half employees on my company has either retired or quit over 10 years ago. They make AI look stupid

What a ripoff. Promise you help but deliver ZERO!!

I had a free trial a while ago. My manager was thinking of setting me up with an account, so I tried to see if he did by trying to sign in, he did not. 5 minutes later I got a call asking me about it, and I explained the situation and that I'm just waiting on my manager and his. Cool, good call.

One hour later I got another call. I explained again nicely and they understood. Cool, okay call.

Another hour later I got ANOTHER call. I told them they don't need to call anymore and to put notes on my account that they keep calling me. Bad call, blocked all the numbers they called with so far.

Another hour later, ANOTHER call. I pretty much yelled at them.

I received 8 calls in one day. The last one I yelled and swore at them. That is absolutely insane. I told my manager not to bother getting me access and I'll find a different company to use.

Wow! !!! AMAZING SERVICE, CUSTOMER ONBOARDING IS INSANELY SOLID, AND I LOVE USING ZI!

I just signed up for a free trial of their software and within 5 minutes I'd received a message on LinkedIn, an email and 2 phone calls from different sales reps!

2 hours later and I've now just received a 3 sales call!

Absolute overkill and reeks of desperation.

I will not be using their software!

Intent feature doesn't work. Bounce rate is way higher that for other FREE platforms. Support is non existent. Stay away!

Worst company, data was worthless and then they forced an auto renew without notification. If I could give zero, I'd pay for the option. Super scummy.

ZoomInfo is quick to make promises and state how they can turn your business around because they have a product that no body else has and how their system is the greatest. It’s not and their customer service is horrible.

1.) The information lacks what a lot of people need and they don’t tell you from the start that theirs a fault in their system. The sales team does a good job of hiding that. The fault is that it doesn’t correctly find people. My information was linked to another business, numbers were 10x the amount we generate, and the topics that “customers” are looking for doesn’t mean they’re actually looking for it.

2.) when I first had a meeting with them, I told them that this was a sink or swim and then if we didn’t get results that were probably closing the doors. They stated how they guarantee us we would be having results. So we ran three months and maximize our chances. We did cold calls, cold emails, and beat the pavement with these “leads”. Not one account in three months. At the end of the first quarter we stopped using the product and we told them that we wanted to cancel because we were gonna have to close our doors. They said sucks to you signed a contract you owe us our money. Even though during our meetings and emails, it was explicitly told to them that we were gonna go out of business. They were so confident that they wanted to continue. Now all they say is well we sent a request, but we suggest that you catch up your balance so we have a better chance of canceling. Well, it’s already been three months I’m not using the product and they just added the third quarter to the invoice. To them they don’t care it’s as easy as paying it because money comes from thin air.

3.) prior to stop using services, we gave them a heads up that we were going to stop using the product because we didn’t have any results and of course they said hey we can help you do some training watch these videos and what not. I tried that stuff. I was even on a zoom call with two of their staff members who guaranteed me they give me contact information to a client and they fail to do that and I haven’t heard from them since.

4.) here’s what they don’t tell you, eventually while using their product you’re gonna get labeled as a spam user if you use too many of the contacts.

5.) after reading reviews, I wish I would’ve started here. I’m very disappointed in the experience and I’m very disappointed in the manipulation of the business.

Overall, it would be my recommendation not to use their service. I have had a couple other companies that reach out that are a third or half the price of what these guys charge for the exact same quality which would be more fair. If zoom info changes and handles this correctly, I will update the review to be fair with the situation.

Having used Zoominfo at a previous company I had recommended them at my new company and I wish haven't. I have had non stop emails from their sales staff who have also been constantly looking at my linkedin profile. I am not a decision maker and have told you this repeatedly.

We canceled subscription as per contract and they keep sending invoices, statements and now collection agencies even if we call them and write to them. No answer, no follow up, very bad business ethics.

Seems I have already requested removal from their services, but being able to spam me is far more important than this.
Not in any decision making role and anyone who pays for their services is wasting their money.
