Been using the strips for Ironman training and they work great. Really help my breathing during the hard training and haven’t had one peel off even after an Ironman swim.

I’m very picky about what I choose to use when I compete. I always thought that the nose strips were just for show and didn’t really do anything, but the very first time I used it, I noticed an insane difference.

The second I wore it, my breathing improved significantly and it truly has allowed me to push harder during my cardio and HIIT pieces. I also love it for zone two to focus on nasal breathing.

As the founder of Venture Racing, I originally came across Zone8 through one of our riders who was already using the nasal strips and seeing positive results. After reaching out to Zone8, several of our riders have now been using them consistently across training and racing.
We've used them across a variety of cycling disciplines including road racing, time trials, gravel events and indoor training sessions. The feedback from the team has been very positive. They fit comfortably, stay securely in place throughout hard efforts and long rides, and are easy to forget you're even wearing once you're underway.
Personally, I've found them particularly useful when I'm feeling a bit under the weather or dealing with the inevitable bugs that come home from nursery with my toddler. Being able to breathe more freely has made training and racing feel noticeably more comfortable.
Overall, we've found the strips to be a simple but effective addition to our riding. They perform well, fit well and remain in place throughout any activity, whether that's a hard race effort, an indoor training session or a long day on the bike.

I have been using zone8 for over a year now, I don’t race without them! I have more recently been using them for easy days as well and it just gives me a little bump being able to breathe through the Carolina humidity. Highly recommend for both exercise and sleeping!

Couldn’t recommend enough. I had read about nasal strips and was sceptical at first until I tried zone8. I’ve been using them for months and they help massively with keeping my breathing under control when I’m running, my recovery and sleep has improved aswell. Such a brilliant little product and I love the bright pink colour!

The only nose strip I’ll use, opens up the airways and stay on, would recommend.

Top notch product! I'll be honest I was skeptical as to whether or not nasal strips actually worked or were just a gimmick. But after my first time using Zone 8 all my skepticism disappeared! Not only did they improve my ability to breathe during workouts (and sleep) dramatically, but they also stayed on my nose perfectly throughout my toughest (and sweatiest) workouts without any issues. Zone 8 strips are well made and perfectly functional and will be an amazing addition to anyone's arsenal of fitness products!

I love my nose strips. They have been a game changer for my breathing and running for HYROX.

I also use them for sleep and have definitely seen a different in my REM sleep.

I’ve been using Zone8 Nasal strips for a long time now. I sweat a lot during exercise so finding ones that actually stay stuck was honestly a surprise!

I tried plenty of others before finding Zone8 and they didn’t even come close to the quality this product provides. Even the magnetic ones, the sticky tab with the metal in would come unstuck and come off after a short period of time.

I struggle to get air to flow through my small nostrils so getting them open some more really helps get more oxygen in my lungs and my blood. Meaning I can perform at my best.

Had a subscription for the nasal strips around 7 months now. Occasionally use them when sleeping but the real benefit for me is during cycling rides or training.
The front part of my nose is slightly collapsed and these just give me a subtle lift and I can inhale through both nostrils with ease again. This helps me a lot during crit races and indoor bike workouts

The best nose strips there is, stay on even if you get sweaty on the indoor trainer! They make a big difference to the amount of air you can breath in through your nose, the moment you put one on you can feel the difference even before you start exercising. I can definitely recommend them

I like using the nasal strips for speed work, I mainly wear them at track sessions, and have used them in a few races. I found the comfortable and securely stay in place, I can also feel a significant difference in the opening of my nasal airway.
I absolutely love the mouth strips! I feel like I sleep deeper, and my Garmin scores my sleep higher when using these mouth strips, my partner also says I snore less! Wearing both together also feels great! I feel weird now not wearing the mouth strips when I go to bed!
Also a great company, with awesome customer service, and a prompt reply when contacted, I can't fault Zone 8 at all. I 100% recommend this company and their products.

I’ve been using the nasal strips for about a year now, and absolutely love them, especially on race days when pushing myself that bit harder, they help me stay calm and more in control of my breathing. If you’re intrigued I’d definitely say to give them a try as think you’ll be surprised.

I’ve also recently started using the mouth strips too 🙌 wow, these are really helping me sleep so much better. They look slightly strange but I’m now sleeping with my mouth closed, no longer scared of swallowing spiders and sleeping like a baby.

The difference for me has been huge. My breathing feels easier, more controlled, and I don’t get that same feeling of fighting for air when the intensity picks up.

Such a simple thing, but it’s made a massive difference to how comfortable and efficient my training feels. Better breathing = better performance.

Zone 8 nasal strips have helped me immensely since using them! HR reduced, better breathing, overall such an amazing product!

From races, to interval training, even down to long runs. The nose strip doesn’t budge, I’ve used this when sweating buckets to running 10 miles in the rain.

At the moment it’s even helping with seasonal allergies, helping my breath more effectively through my nose!

An absolutely brilliant product that knocks the socks of it's competitors, i've used this product in all different temperatures as well as for all different types of sporting events, doesnt matter how much I sweat these nasal strips do not budge. They open up my nasal passage and breathing becomes much easier. I would highly recommend these.
