My blinds in the living room had a small accident and needed repaired. Zone Blinds were immediately responsive to my e-mail and sent a fitter to have a look. Pat was incredibly professional, serious, competent and very helpful in explaining what the issue was and how I could prevent it to happen again in the future. He even gave me a tip on how to maintain all the other blinds in my flat in pristine state. I was delighted with Pat's advice and with Zone Blind's overall customer service, they are serious, competent and you can definitely tell they care about their customers, as they make you feel like they know what your needs are.

Blinds were fitted today by Dean. He was very friendly, specially explaining my 5 year old kid about the blinds. He explained very well how to use it. Fitted perfectly. Highly recommend him.

Gordon fitted our blinds today. He is a very nice chap and great fitter. We chose the day and night blinds which are beautiful. Got some helpful advice from Danny when ordering.

Gordon arrived on time to fit our perfect fit roller blinds, wooden venetian blinds and allusion blinds.
Gordon was very friendly and kept me informed with what he was doing.
He tidied up after himself and then showed me how to get the best out of my blinds.
I would recommend Gordon and Zone Blinds to others.

Blinds fitted yesterday, look great and I’m delighted with them. Dean was so pleasant, tidy & efficient, he also took time to explain how they worked & how to look after them.

My curtains were fitted yesterday, by Pat, who did an amazing job. He was professional and tooknthe time to make sure they were hanging perfectly. I also had blinds fitted in December, didn't get the guys names, but they also did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Zone. They have a showroom which is rare in this industry, as I prefer to see what I'm buying in person not in a book.

Pat, our fitter, recently fitted the whole house in November. He was very efficient, diligent, respectful (took his shoes off cos new carpets) and helpful. Recently returned to refit bathroom after blind had to be re-sized following window refit. Zone were extremely helpful with the resizing (thanks Liz for your help). Pat arrived again to fit the new blind, and was again very quick, efficient and polite. No hesitations in recommending this company, perfect service from enquiry to completion.

Just had full a house of shutters and blinds fitted!
Shutters were delayed by 2 weeks but very worth the wait! They look brilliant!
Loads of great advice from the guy out measuring and Gordon the fitter was great. Very tidy, organised and polite.
Along with the shutters at the front of the house we got blinds through the back of the house. Zone has helped add the finishing touch to our new home! We have had so many compliments on how good the blinds and shutters are!
From start to finish, from the girls in the showroom, the staff on the phones, the guys measuring and the fitter, outstanding service from start to finish!

Excellent service from start to finish. Pat fitted our blinds very quickly and efficiently and we are delighted with result.

Please please do not shop with this company. They are appalling. I ordered bespoke shutters in March 22. They eventually arrived in August 22. They did not fit so some of them were modified and caulked into position one shutter needed to be completely reordered and did not arrive till Dec 22. I complained and two bosses came to my house and apologised then advised me I would receive new faux wood shutters at no extra cost advising they would be fitted by xmas22. I then got a call advised me the faux wood shutters didn’t come in my size of window (I know this is a lie because I have ordered a shutter in faux wood from diy shutter). I was advised they ordered more shutters but they would not be available for 18 weeks. At this point I was so frustrated I asked for the shutters to be removed and my money back. This was another’s fiasco. When the shutters were removed the damage to the surrounds and a shelf was awful. I was told this would be sorted out this has not happened and the company are not answering my calls. They don’t have a VIP customer service this is completely untrue so again please shop somewhere else no other company can be this awful

Really happy with the quality and service received. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really easy to deal with. Great value for money. Good showroom and staff have a good knowledge of products on offer. Quick turnaround.

Zone kept promise of fitting them before Christmas. To day we had James come in from zone and fit the the blinds. Excellent and humble man did his job perfectly and show us the mechanics of it. Our house is looking pretty good. Thank you Zone and James. I would this company to others.

Chuffed to bits with my new blinds! Brian from Sales came out & was great showing me selections & providing advice. Had a cpl of issues, one blind was too large & had to be cut down & the 2nd where one massive blind wasn’t rolling up properly. Customer service was on point & I have to thank fitter Jimmy for coming out refit, adjust & using his initiative so I was kept happy. A lovely lad, well mannered & clean so kudos to him! All in all, putting the problems aside, a great company to deal with. Thanks so much Zone Blinds & a Merry Christmas to you all! 🎄🎁 xx

Gordon & Kyle fitted our shutters both lovely well mannered guys who did a fantastic job. We're so pleased with our shutters. We have an older property with no two walls or windows running straight but the finish Gordon achieved was fantastic. Was definitely worth the waiting time. Kyle was his apprentice who had all the pieces unpacked and lined up efficiently ready to fit
