My husband and I had an amazing time today completing the zip line.
Staff are really friendly. They wanted to make sure everyone had a great time, in particular our truck driver.
It's a great day out and lots of other activities I noticed on site too, once our son is old enough we will be back for sure!

Well worth the 9 hour round trip from London!

Good fun, the team were helpful - bit expensive for what it is.

Visited Zip World Tower on 28/05/2026 for a family day out. The attractions themselves were great, especially the Tower Flyer, and some staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the way a misunderstanding regarding the Tower Coaster bonus ride was handled. We were given conflicting information by staff, which Zip World later acknowledged in writing, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation became unnecessarily confrontational.

What upset me most was the way my children were spoken to during the interaction and the attitude shown once concerns were raised. At one stage, while I was sitting holding my sleeping baby, staff stood nearby openly discussing me between themselves, which made me feel very uncomfortable. A staff member also sarcastically referred to the manager as “the big boss” while dealing with the situation, which felt unprofessional and intimidating rather than helpful.

When management became involved, I found the response dismissive and defensive instead of focused on de-escalating the situation. I later submitted a formal complaint, but was disappointed by the overall response and handling afterwards.

It’s a shame because parts of the day were genuinely enjoyable, but the way this situation was handled left two of my children upset and overshadowed what should have been a positive family day out.

Absolute embarrassment to call this a slide! It's sold as something amazing and fun. It's over booked and we left after 2 rides. Nothing was working. Won't refund me as we didn't want to queue up and waste even more time to complain then took 5 days to respond to an email that I had to chase!! Raven who send the ridiculous response needs some training. The girl who couldn't bothered to check people in properly and just continued to yawn at reception also needs training. No safety checks were done. Why are you weighing people then no one else checks? £65 is a vile price for what goes on there. They don't care about anyone that they're ripping off

Excellent Zip wire experience. Went with friends, we all enjoyed it from the start to the finish. All staff were professional and friendly. Lovely cafe and viewing area.

We visited zip world in Llechwedd and had a great time. Great staff, the ice cream was exceptional. Heather was very warm and welcoming. She made us feel at home and explained the activities thoroughly. She was able to accommodate our late booking as well. Highly recommend it.

Wow what a great day out to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. 11 kids and 4 adults had a fantastic experience! Age from 5 to 65! Guess who's 65!! It was amazing, challenging but doable, absolutely loved it. Will definitely be going again. Very well run, professional and encouraging! Just do it !

Felt really looked after, safety checks were all great. Staff always asking if you were happy. A great experience all round. We did the Titan zip line- fabulous!

The reception was very good, the velocity and quarry carts excellent.
The only disappoint thing was the video from velocity which was just the participant face. Would have been much better as a split screen with their face and forward with a speed indication too.

Celebrating a milestone birthday!Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cafeteria serving quality food and drinks, reasonably priced. Velocity was an incredible experience, exceptional safety measures. Highly recommend.

Brilliant site, staff, activities and support for our adventurous 12 year old girl! She was very nervous to go on the zipwire (whilst being keen to try it out), the staff were fantastic at handling things and instilled the confidence in her to go for it, and she LOVED it once she'd done the first zip. 🙌🏻

Site is easy to find, very well laid out and high-quality and clean throughout. Zips and equipment looked and felt very safe.

I booked for 2 Tiny Trek aged 3 and 5 . They both totally loved it from meeting Emily and getting in the harness to the slides and wires . I would recommend and I will definitely be visiting again .
Such a great day out and I hope my grandkids will be visiting fir years to come and move onto the bigger adventures

The whole experience was efficient, The staff were really friendly and made a lot of effort to make it exciting. One of the crew at the top made my granddaughter feel ease when he saw how nervous she was once we were clipped in ready to go. We both throughly enjoyed it. We travelled from Halesowen in the West Midlands just for the day. Well worth the trip

Easy to book online, had option of paying for parking also which helped the day run smoothly. Fab vibe from all members of staff at every point of the day. The velocity Zip wire was amazing wanted to do it again straight away.

There was a lot of standing around and waiting before we were fitted with our harnesses and safety equipment, and there was no seating available in the waiting area.

They performed safety checks at every location, with the harness and each connection point physically inspected by 2 separate employees.

The actual zip lining was amazing, and much higher up and lasted longer than I was expecting. I would 100% recommend to anyone who loves an adrenaline rush, but bored of roller coasters.

My 14 year old son also zipped with me and he loved it as much as I did, but couldn't go as fast as me since he's 8 inches taller.

I prepaid for the video and I wore the camera so I could record his zip, but I don't think I would have paid the extra cost if I didn't get such a large discount on the full ordet.

All the staff I encountered were really helpful, supportive, pleasant & chatty.
Whole experience was great even though I ended up doing the Zip wire on my own I didn't feel intimidated at any point.
All facilities very clean & tidy.

This was a booking for 7 adults with 5 go karting and 2 going on the Aero Explorer. Staff were polite and helpful. I’d booked parking for 3 cars where you had to submit registration plate. One car changed before date but it was all sorted at the reception desk when we arrived with no fuss. The 5 who participated in the go karting loved it. One had the camera but unfortunately it malfunctioned so we didn’t get all the video, just the audio. I messaged the same day as we’d already left and received a reply within an hour with an apology. They looked into it and found the camera footage couldn’t be retrieved and offered another go on the go karting to film again. We were unable to take up this offer as we were on holiday and returning home. A refund has been issued first the camera hire instead.
The Aero Explorer was enjoyable but a little shorter than expected and not quite as high up as videos suggested. However, it didn’t spoil the visit.
Food that was bought seemed to be enjoyed, typical fast food type items that you usually get at places like this.
We also went with 3 dogs and there seemed to be quite a few water bowls around and about.
You are sent an email to sign waivers for activities but you can do that when you arrive. Gloves are for sale if you forget yours (£5 at time of going). We prepaid our parking and car park was very busy.
All in all, a good day out but a star lost as there was dog mess (dog owners fault completely) and prices perhaps a little high for some of the activities for the time they last. Would we go again…yes.

Our visit to Zip World was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a day our family will remember forever!

My daughter’s dream finally came true when she got to do the high-speed quarry zip line — something she had talked about for so long. Seeing her excitement and hearing her say it was “the best day of her life” made the whole experience even more special for us as parents.

I, on the other hand, was definitely not brave enough to do the zip line myself ;-) but even as a spectator, I had one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Watching my husband and daughter take on something so daring and unforgettable was incredibly emotional and exciting.

And then to top the day off, a lovely driver called Jay (I hope I got the spelling right!) gave me a little ride back to the camp — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best rides of my life! Thank you, Jay, for your hospitality, wonderful company, and lovely chat. You made an already perfect day even more memorable.

Had a great experience at Zip World Fforest Coaster, Betws-y-Coed. I lost my mobile phone while going up on the coaster and informed the staff when I came down. The three young staff members were very calm, reassuring, and customer friendly. They later went up, found my phone, and brought it back safely. Really appreciate their excellent customer service and helpful attitude. Thank you.
