Great Customer Service
I had an issue with a product that was due to a manufacturer fault. Amin in Customer Care could not have been more helpful explaining what I needed to do to get a replacement product. He told me they would have a replacement ready for me so they would be able to send out a new one immediately they received the faulty one. True to their word they dropped me a note to say they had received my package and the new one was being sent to me the same day. Problems occur with electrical goods and it was dealt with brilliantly with no hassle. Highly recommend this company - it felt like they cared

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered a kettle which developed a fault not quite one year into its one year warranty. Sent it back to Zippytom who dealt with the manufacturer on my behalf and I ended up with a replacement. Very happy, responses to messages were swift and helpful. Thank you so much Zippytom!

I was very very pleased to get the item on bank holiday weekend 3 days earlier then estimated date. The air fryer itself looks good and does the job nicely, even friends who has more expensive Philips model were impressed, happy with the purchase.
