Zippermobilityscooters

My Zipper scooter arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised it was already to go. I just had to put the battery in place and screw the armrests on. I then went for a ride and found it easy to manoeuvre and it opens and closes in seconds, brilliant. Also if you want it to it can be free-wheeled. Independence back. Thank you Zipper.

Great value for money, easy assembly, quick delivery, and a nippy piece of kit 👌

The whole experience has been good, I ordered on Saturday an it came Thursday and it was here ready for my appointment later that day. It is nippy an very easy to use.

I was very pleased with the ordering and the delivery
And the two chaps who delivered were courteous and helpful
Happy all round!

Great web site, easy to order and quick delivery, kept informed

A pretty simple process. There was some comms between us which was prompt. Not quite the responses I was after but still, they responded.

Highly recommend made such a difference for my husband’s mobility .Easy assembly not to big or bulky enough of a gap underneath to get over the front door step which was also essential.excellent service kept up to date with delivery times and dates. Also brought the scooter into the house for me which was fabulous. Fantastic service all round

Really simple purchase and super fast delivery with friendly delivery people. This is my first purchase and I found it really easy to use. It fits in the boot of my car perfectly. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a product like this.

The scooter arrived as promised and the delivery company communicated perfectly. Definitely 10/10

Fast delivery well made looks good. Drives well. Great service.

Ordering online was really easy. Delivery process was great - plenty of communication and only took a few days. Price was brilliant and for the money, the scooter is perfect! Only a small three wheeler and still getting used to it, but perfect for my current needs. Would definitely return to Zipper as and when my needs change to upgrade. Very happy indeed! Thank you ☺️

Communication was good and delivery time was super fast, item is great and arrived well packaged

The scooter is great! Easy to assemble, straight forward instructions.

The delivery drivers could have communicated better during the delivery process, but overall I have my scooter now.

Contacted this company and ordered the scooter online and was struck by the competitive pricing and the detailed description of each of the sale items. The scooter arrived very fast and was carried into the house by polite and kind delivery drivers. The scooter came partially constructed, however the seat and steering were very simple to fit armed with the small toolkit provided. Don't forget to fit the fuse under the floor panel or the power won't come on.
I would also be very careful when first using the throttle as the torque is pretty powerful for a vehicle that only travels at 4mph. The scooter has a pretty loud horn and the lights are functional. One addition I would make would be a red rear light as the fitted one only operates when the brake is applied. Apart from that I couldn't be happier and soon found out that there are a myriad of accessories that can be bought to make the scooters operation more user friendly. I have fitted a mobile phone holder, a walking stick clip and an additional headlamp for the scottish winter months. The scooter has both forward and reverse facilities and is pretty marvellous for pavement/shopping areas. The machine is able to be folded down and stored in the boot of a reasonable sized car. My car is a Puegeot 2008 and it fits well into that boot space. What I would say is that the scooter is pretty heavy and may be difficult for some to lift up. All in all a great basic scooter at a price that is hard to beat. I hope this review is helpful.

After purchasing a Zipper Mobility Scooter a short while ago I decided I needed an extra spare battery. This battery was out of stock but there was an option to request notification when it came back in stock. After a while I received an email, I ordered the battery immediately, via a very easy to use website, and it arrived within 2 days. Brilliant service, very good company to deal with I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting mobility equipment.

Got an email when restocked, order was fast despatch and delivery. Battery checked no problems. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and value scooter as it’s reliable and gets me from a-b on a daily basis. I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a mobility scooter.

Very easy to buy and fast delivery
Thank you
