The service was great however the electric wheelchair i got from them is no good for someone with severe disabilities the foot rest impedes my ability to sit in the chair safely so i am currently trying to get in touch so they can collect this chair and refund me the cost of the wheelchair thats totally unsafe for me and my disability needs !

Delivery of the mobility scooter was exactly as promised. The product was extremely well packed. Assembly was easy and the scooter is of high quality. I did not expect the quality to be as good at the price so, while I actually need two; one for my wife, I tested the water as it were, with one purchase. I've since ordered a spare battery and await an email from customer support advising me when they expect the zipper 7 to be back in stock. I'll order the second one immediately.

The scooter was much better quality than I expected, very good value for money, although also heavier than I thought but I can still get it in and out of my van, just, the service was good I received it very quickly thank you

It arrived as promised. Looks ideal but I'm not physically fit to use it very much. I need to figure out how to get on to it as the footplate doesn't fold away far enough. Only tried it once so far. It will be great once I feel comfortable using it. Discovered I could lift the arms and get on from the side once I got off it!

Verification is uncalled for! Not good with technology, so prefer not to participate further. NA

I'm very pleased so far with my new mobility scooter (X13). The scooter was reasonably priced & ordering was relatively easy, although I did find the site a little slow, whether that's Zipper or my end I don't know. I also couldn't order a rain canopy but will do that at a later date. Delivery was as promised. The young man who delivered was very cheerful & pleasant but he did seem a bit rushed. In view of these small negatives it's not quite 5 star worthy.
