Do not order anything from This website it is a complete scam. They took my 269.00 for a cold weather tent that I ordered 7 weeks ago. And customer assistance is non existent.

I ordered a sled from this company. On November 19th, ten minutes later, I contacted support to cancel the order because I found the same sled for $65. The price from this company is $240. They replied a day later that they would contact the team that ships the goods. Today is November 25th, and there is still no information. Absolutely terrible service. The company doesn't care about its customers.

The product was a piece of crap and they wanted me to pay the postage to China to return it. I feel ripped off. Do not buy from them.

Zincera should be rated a minus star business. I obviously didn’t do my homework on reading reviews on Zincera before placing an order with them and would like to warn others of their unsatisfactory business practices. I placed an order for a teeth cleansing device. I should have seen a clue when tracking the order which was late in arriving and was told it wasn’t in the states yet. The device is just junk and didn’t work to remove plaque/tartar as advertised. I sent photos of device as requested and then was asked to send a video showing it didn’t work, which I didn’t feel was an appropriate thing to do. I was then told they wouldn’t allow the return because it was a hygienic device. Customers need to read reviews on this company BEFORE placing an order.

This company is horrible! I ordered a product 8 days ago and it still has not shipped. I emailed and called to cancel my order and now I’m getting the run around! I will be calling my bank tomorrow. Stay far away from this company!

Be careful...This company sent me the wrong color and wanted me to pay to ship the item back to them. Why should the customer pay for their mistake? Poor customer service once they get your money.

We just received our new chimenea and really love the looks of it! My husband said the legs of it seemed a little flimsy, but other than that its great! Looking forward to trying it out soon! The ordering of it and waiting for the approval to be sent out was a bit of a wait. But when I realized all they wanted was a photo Id everything went super quick.

They sound all warm and fuzzy, but when I ordered an item from them, they took my money (I had to go thru my Credit Card Company to get it back), sent me fake tracking numbers, and a mysterious charge also appeared on my Credit Card which I never authorized. Their customer service people were all apologetic, but as time went on, their story started to fall apart. At one point, they refunded me a little bit of money and then sent me another fake tracking number. Either they are terribly inefficient or a pretty clever scam. In any case, I suggest you steer clear!
