Zilkee advertise currently advertise their Ultra recovery Converter as a plug and play recovery system that will recover lost files etc on your Hard Drives. This is not true. This "Converter" is a drive reader on and you can but them anywhere for a fraction of the cost. I attempte to use the Recovery Device only to find out that it runs in conjunction with a recovery progrm that needs installation onto a PC. This program is not mentioned anywhere in their advertisement. After installation of the program and the connection of 4 different hard drives to the "Adapter/Reader" it still did not work.

Allow for improvement

Don't buy from Zilkee! They only take returns if the hard drive recovery system is broken upon receipt. If your system doesn't work with Zilkee, there's no way to return for a refund...even though they state on their website that if you have "any issue", they will accept returns without question. They are good at the art of deception. Clearly a company that is not US based with US business ethics! BEWARE OF ZILKEE!!!

There was a problem, and after a number of emails back and forth, it remained, so a refund was issued. Don't let this stop anyone from purchasing, as you might not have a problem.

Horrible customer service

With all the trouble I had with my address, Zilkee hung in there and I did receive my order. Thank to all who made this possible.

Zilkee has great support and product for hard drive interface works like a charm.

I have used Zilkee products in the past and believe them to be high quality dependable and invaluable. I absolutely love these easy to use life savers. I highly recommend to anyone looking for this type equipment.

I didnt get my harddrive optimizer with my order and I am still trying to the recovery converter to work. I really hope I can get it figured out because it can really help me.

The Zilkee™ OTG Pendrive is working as a flashdrive. It has three connectors that can transfer files for all products. Just insert it and enjoy the extra space of the device!"
Has not been fulfilled. The Y-DISK App installs but DOES NOT work on iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26.2.1, opens and immediately disappears. On Gen5 iPad app runs, but only displays a VERY few pics and vids.

I have not yet found a way to contact anyone for support.

I bought this a while ago. Waste of money it dont even work. You plug it into the hard drive and nothing. Useless piece of rubbish.

Tried to hook up a dozen dif ways , as per your instructions
Laptop will not recognize the drives.
All 8 drives that I cant be bad ..

It promised what it said it could do. I was so happy when I was able to see my old folders and, get the information off my old hard drives. It worked like a charm. Thank you so much!

I contacted them on the 13th of December, telling them the product has a problem.

Their first response to me was just a copy-and-paste answer straight from their FAQ section. I got mad and demanded a refund for the lazy response. They did respond with more lazy FAQ answers before asking me to send videos, which I sent 3 videos to prove the device was defective. Their last response to me on 22nd told me to "directly connect the device" which I told them it was and was clearly shown to be in the videos I sent them.

It is now the 29th of December and they have stop responding to me altogether since the 22nd. I can't get a refund or anything since they are ignoring me.

The product is arrived in a beautiful quality professional box. The drive could be given as a present or used and the box can be used as storage , that's how nice and quality packaging it is. The customer service is 20/10, they go above and beyond to help and they have a speedy reply. they are confident in their product that they don't Force it onto you and you have to fight to find one to speak with or get a replacement if any issue. I was confused on the item and had questions and ERICA was with me from the start to the end to make sure I understood the product and how to use it and answer any questions I had within 24 hours of my email. Public holiday or not, they care and respond to emails. Am glad I purchased from them and I wish many other suppliers were as detailed and supportive and available as them.
I give them 10/10 on product, on packaging which is recyclable or can be used for personal needs, 10/10 for accuracy, speed, in replies,support and especially customer service.
Where credit is due, I give and zilkee team deserves it. They have impressed me enough to encourage others to try this supplier coz my experience was positive and with so many scammers out there its a relief to know that there are still a few honest, great Value for money,suppliers and products out there.
