Very disappointed with this and definitely won’t be renewing. Nothing you can’t find online for nothing.

Quite annoyed with the continuing reference to Cockapoos as if it was initially written for that breed.

The section on car travel only refers to the dog being in the boot area behind a guard.

Save your money and just look at all the free advice on there.

Waste of money and time , nothing new that couldn’t find for free and don’t try to email them as this is a complete waste of time, the discounts that are offered don’t work either….

Complete waste of money you don't get any information you can't get for free on Google or is already basic common sense.

I've been a loyal ZigZag customer for literally decades and I still use them today at 60 years old. Obviously because I've chosen ZigZag for so long, I really like them. Although, the packaging sucks when both sides swallow the papers behind the way it distributes the papers. It's such a pain because I buy like 5 packs a month to roll my smokes and this happens with every pack. So if anyone is dealing with that, I decided to cut the center part on only one of the sides and no more not being able to get that paper out without destroying the whole packaging lol. So, basically, I love the papers but struggle with liking the packaging which is why I gave it only 4 stars.

The information on the app was good and well designed but the advice from the coach was awful. Told us to basically return our puppy because of the potential for behavioural problems with two female dogs at home. It was blunt advice with no evidence basis that caused us concern. On speaking to our vet today she said the advice we were given by the coach was totally wrong. It’s a real shame, made us feel as though we had done something wrong when we were just reaching out for help to allow our older dog and pup to settle in the best way possible.

I don’t ever review things but I couldn’t let this lie. Two stars as the app itself is good. Luckily we were still in the free trial period. Nothing beats expert advice delivered in person by someone who has met your dogs.

I've been using the Zigzag puppy training app and found it to be a great resource overall. The app is well-designed and offers a variety of fun training games that make the process of training my puppy both easy and enjoyable. However, I did encounter a drawback with the training coach, Petrina. When I sought advice specifically tailored to my American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff), she referred to my dog as a "Staffie" and described them as "social butterflies that love people." This response felt dismissive and disregarded my concerns about my Amstaff's protective instincts. While the app has many positive aspects, personalized and breed-specific advice would greatly improve the user experience.

It has to be said loud and clear that the 10% of people giving this app 1 star could well be the bad owners that should probably not own a dog. It's been that positive for me that I've created a loving home for a beautiful companion.

Credit when its due, this APP has transformed my puppy life and most of all, transformed me.

Knowing what to expect and being able to handle it in a positive way is such a wonderful gift for a dog.

Kids loved it definitely recommend

Really good so far . We've had the puppy 2 weeks so far and she is sitting to command and progressing really well with her recall. She's fully toilet trained and sleeping through the night. I like the fact they set 3 things to work on everyday.

Really helpful to have coaches who reply very quickly for any uncertainties.

As a first time puppy owner the app is a life saver. The daily training activities are great and have formed the basis of my training but having access to coaches with any question at any time of day is such a relief. When I was concerned by my puppy’s behaviour and wasn’t sure what to do, I messaged them and they replied within minutes with the reassurance that it was completely normal and what was happening. The coaches are really friendly and encouraging and love what they do. The AI coach is also super helpful. Really good value. Wouldn’t be without it.

An essential App for any new puppy owner. The coaches are very accessible through chat and respond amazingly quickly. I have a wonderful Shih Poo who just didn’t get toilet training. Without the positive support of the coaches I would have felt lost and concerned I was failing to train him effectively. Lessons are fun and the library essential reading. Great App. You can go back and plot your progress which is so affirming.

Simply marvelous! The app has a wonderfully structured series of lessons that new owners can track with their new pup. It covers all of the essentials, and more. What's more, they offer WhatsApp support. The lady helping me, Sue, is wonderful. I have those little questions where I am uncertain if I am doing the right thing, and she gives me just the pointers I need. My pup is progressing nicely! Thanks Zigzag, thank you Sue!

This is by far the most valuable tool-app we have in welcoming and settling in and training our 2 Labrador puppies

The step by step guides that unlock as you go along is a great way to take it a step at a time and the videos accompanying the tips is perfect for those like myself who have take things in better visually.

I can’t believe this app is free - there is also what’s app contact with the zig zag team for help and advice which I have used

I thoroughly recommend this app for anyone welcoming a dog to their home whether a puppy or rehoming

Great app. Easy to use. Have used the trainers a few times to get advice. I log in every day.

I am so impressed with the quality of the content in the app but the most valuable is the advice which has been available to me when I need it. With in i minutes a real person is there to answer your questions and allay your concerns.it’s a valuable resource, especially for the modest cost!
