Very Poor Customer Service & Overall Terrible Experience
I was ordering a lightsaber for my son for Christmas, which was about 8 days away at the time. So after a brief internet search I found Zia Sabers. They had a sale on some of the items and an ad that said "pay $26 for expedited delivery before Christmas." So I placed my order, paid the extra for fast shipping to get it in time for Christmas, and waited....and then waited some more. The day before Christmas, still no lightsaber and the tracking info showed no movement. Since I couldn't find a phone number for the company (and had no success with the chat on the website) I sent an email. Finally, a few days after Christmas someone responded and claimed my package had been lost (tracking showed no movement so how did it get lost in the store?...) but they will send a comparable lightsaber equal to the amount I paid. So about three weeks later, and many emails sent with no response, I receive a lightsaber that doesn't work and looks like it's missing parts. But they did include a free stand (yay...). Anyway, I do not recommend Zia Sabers for anything. They clearly don't care about their customers. I paid well over $100 for some pieces of useless plastic in a cardboard box. But I do have a cute little stand to display it! Such a ridiculous experience and I just pray someone reads this before buying from Zia Sabers and it saves them the frustration I endured.
