I wish I could give it a better rating, but I cannot, and for a few reasons.

Yes, 400 RMB a year is a steal, very cheap, but with how the service, connection, and general support are whenever there is a problem, it is not worth the stress and time.

I usually try to use proxies like Taizhong or Taipei on my phone while using California SUN on my laptop; however, the VPN connection either stutters, forcing me to disconnect from the internet, or shuts down completely, blocking me from connecting for a day or more. The second part always happens with California, uncommonly with Taizhong and Taipei.

Then there is the support. The support feels lackluster, and they are absolutely unhelpful. They tend to ask things that don't make sense, such as, "Check the actual working capacity," despite the proof shown on screenshots sent on Telegram, where the proxies are inaccessible.

I could go on and on, as I've been using it for over 7 months now, but I don't wish to spend my energy ranting here on how unhelpful the support and unstable the connection this VPN provides while residing in China, when the VPN is MEANT to be mainly used in China.

I'm so happy to find this vpn service! Do not even think about trip to China with out vpn app. And forget about all free of charge vpn apps from google play market. They will not work! All of them will not work. I've done this mistake and got very painful first 24 hours in Chaina. Thanks to zgc vpn I'm safe now. Can get unlimited usual internet experience without any headache.

There is no way there is such a smooth service like zgc. I had used several vpns before I started use this one and I'm really satisfied with zgc. The main reason is the stable internet speed. Feedback is really quick though.

I've been using them for several years now. The only reason I use the is because they accept RMB, they charge 400 rmb for the year. The connection is usually not even good enough to watch a YouTube video at 480p. Their customer service is often not available. I say "hello" on their customer service page and they never respond. I got shark vpn recently and when I connect to Hawaii I often get 2mbs speends. Zgc is good for a Facebook post or reading an email but that's about it.
