Thank you for the feedback, It shows on our end that the flowers were delivered. I have tried to look for a communication between us on our email and our chat there was none. We were hoping we could have resolved this immediately.

$150 for virtually nothing.
I paid $150 for flowers and chocolates for my daughter’s birthday. She got 7 gerberas and 5 chocolates. This was a total rip off.

Regarding the flowers, we will send you the proof of delivery from our partner florist to your email. The delivery included 10 gerberas, exactly as you requested. Since no one was at home at the time of delivery, we placed the items at the front door to ensure they were left safely.

Dear Phophi,
Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting this matter. Due to the winter season in New Zealand, sunflowers are not available at this time. However, we have substituted them with fresh, handpicked flowers selected by our florist to maintain quality and freshness. Additionally, in colder temperatures, helium balloons lose volume because the helium molecules contract. To ensure a better experience, we have replaced the balloon with a vase.

Late Delivery
The delivery arrived, after 8 day, on June 3 I was called, from an international number, 3 or 4 days
before delivery to comfirm my sister's Mobile number. I was sent an email, again to confirm. When the flowers had still not arrived, I rang Perth, where, nobody answered
I don't know what went wrong. Maybe it was the delivery service. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers, which looked beautiful. For such an expensive price, I expected, better service.

The delivery address was a challenge, as there were no local florists within 20km and we needed to arrange an alternative service to get your message delivered. Yes, there was a delay but I can assure you we worked hard getting this done. I am glad we were able to make it happen in the end.

the system you have is not user friendly to an older person-it maybe for the younger people but not to me.
the product arrived on the wrong day-i was contacted by Peter whom said he had fixed it but alas no he didn't so the person receiving birthday flowers got them a day later. not good. I got my account taken out quickly though. Your presentation is fine, your application is ???? and I did say i wont be using your services again especially when the flowers arrived on the wrong day. I ordered in time as well.
