Title: Faulty phone – no response, no help
I ordered a phone and received it quickly, but the battery drains insanely fast (100% to 50% in just 1.5 hours of normal use). It’s clearly defective.
I’ve tried calling, using live chat, and emailing multiple times since this morning. Calls go unanswered, and the chat gets disabled the moment I mention the fault. Zero response.
I just want to return it for a refund or replacement, but they’re making it impossible. Very disappointing service — avoid if you value customer support.
Would not recommend.

I’m well pleased
Has a pensioner concerned about customer service and being ripped off I picked up the phone to “test the waters” I need not have worried Ali was a gentleman who elevated my concerns, however until my reconditioned iPad arrived I reserved my 5 stars. The 2025 iPad arrived within two days and had a great cover. I had a little trouble transferring the data from my 5th generation iPad but a conversation with Apple sorted this for me. I’m a well pleased.
