Amazing Item

The communication was great! The map arrived well packaged. The tracking on the shipping was great even though it was overseas. The map itself is more beautiful than can be described! This has become the epitome and focal point of our Tolkien collection. Thank you ZeWood!

It is beautiful

It is beautiful! But difficult to hang. The holes in the back require you to place the screws with complete precision, or it will not hang.

Second item one year later, same amazing quality!

This is my second experience with them. Again, I received a beautiful product, very sturdy and great quality. I chose a key Zelda key holder, and it added a fun pop of color to a boring little corner I had. As always, great quality. My only suggestion is that it should come with instructions, since I struggled a little figuring out how to mark the holes to drill them, but once it was installed, it remained firm and it’s a beautiful addition to my home.

Amazing customer service and beautiful map!

I was a bit worried I would not receive the map XL I ordered, since it was hold back by the delivery service. And since it is quite a pricey order, I was worried of getting scammed or something.

But let me tell you, the people from ZeWood were amazing. They quickly responded to the email I send. They made sure the delivery service were contacted and they fixed the problem with the delivery service. They kept me updated since I asked them about the order and it arrived yesterday. It is well packaged and when I unwrapped it I was stunned about how beautiful it is.

I normally never write a review, but since they outdid themselves with their contact service is feel like I have to share my experience.

10 out of 10 from me!!

Got the Hogwarts key holder

Got the Hogwarts key holder. Wife loves it, hear quality. The only problem I had was the length it took to get the product. Took like 6 weeks to be delivered. It's something they should add to the delivery time, it says something like 5-7 days for delivery.
