Zetta Home Services Recenzje

From start to finish Patrick and the Zetta team were amazing. The engagement approach particauly through Patrick was amazing. Patrick explained everything really well to me and the approach along with the time lines and how to go about applying for the SEAI grant. So simple and easy. The installation team were amazing and the quailty of thier work manship was amazing. The team tidied up after them selves making sure the house was exactly the same befre they started. Would highly recommend the Zetta team and espcially Patrick as he was so helpful on our Solar Panel journey. Thanks Patrick and Zetta. Paul and Ciara

Heat pump service booked late July. First engineer 'didnt know the system' and left after a few minutes. Second engineer arrived 11 Aug. Performed service highlighted serious issue. 6 weeks looking for an engineers report with multiple contacts and excuses. Report arrives with no issue outlined. 7 weeks now and still no correct report reflecting the service. Farcical and unprofessional in the extreme.

We looked into and spoke with a few different solar companies before making our decision, but a friend recommended Zetta Solar to us, and they definitely didn’t disappoint.

We had our system installed last December, and we’ve been very happy with it ever since. Patrick was extremely attentive and always available whenever we needed him. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and ready to answer all our questions. The whole installation process went very smoothly from start to finish, and so far we haven’t had any issues or complaints with the system.

We were so happy with our experience that my mum has also chosen Zetta Solar and is currently waiting for her installation. I would definitely recommend Zetta Solar, and especially Patrick, for his professionalism, support, and great customer service.

From start to finish we had a great expeiirence.
Patrick Carelli was a pleasure to deal with.

He explained everything clearly and put no pressure on us.
He was always available to answer any questions we had before and after installation.

We also have to give credit to the installation team, their efficency and customer service is brilliant.

Thank you for all you help, you were a pleasure to deal with.

When my wife and I decided to have solar panels installed on our roof two years ago, we had a very bad experience with the installer who twice failed to supply the QR code needed to reconnect our inverter and phone app in the event of power outages, etc.

As a result of the first installers' laziness/negligence, we we were unable to remotely monitor our panel system performance for over a year.

When we decided to add a battery to our system, we were very lucky that a neighbour recommended ZETTA who could not have been more professional or customer-centric.

Have been so impressed with their responsiveness and service in terms of speed, but also – and more importantly – quality, value for money and approachability.

Got my solar panels and sigenergy system and couldn't be more happy with it so far. Special praise to Patrick Carelli who couldn't be more helpful and professional from the very beginning to the very end. Answered all my questions promptly and in detail, and gave me a very good offer. 5 Stars for his customer care, he is an example for anyone else in any other business. Thanks
