Hidden subscricption - SCAM

I bought a razor which is not great, but payments have been withdrawn monthly for a while - I did not authorise this! No details on how to cancel or getting my money back. I shall be contacting my bank!

Monthly subscription automatic

Edited after company responded to my email:

As described by many reviews here, I was automatically signed up to a monthly subscription, costing over £22 per month without my knowledge. Do not order from here! This is a scam!!

Once I emailed asking for a refund, they said they would cancel my subscription immediately and refund any costs.

If I could give zero I would!!! I bought a shitty razor from them that never even worked and was 100% false advertising. They did give me my money back but I’ve just realized for 4 MONTHS I’ve been getting charged for a subscription that I never consented for! It’s disgusting

The thing about being signed up without…

The thing about being signed up without your knowledge is very dodgy indeed... but i contacted customer services and they couldnt have been more helpful. Not only cancelled subscription but refunded everything i had paid to them, which was a few months of membership fees. Cant fault the prompt and helpful customer service, thank you Gabriel!

Subscribed without consent

You buy one thing and they sign you up to a 30 dollar a month subscription without your Knowledge!
The razor isn’t great.
Edit - I did raise my issue with their customer service team who refunded the fees and cancelled my subscription promptly

CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!!

*amended review since speaking to the company via email*

I was charged monthly without my consent, after making what I believed to be a one-off purchase for a shaver. No company should be allowed to do this, I do not remember selecting anything to do with a subscription and was never notified when money was being taken from my account. I will say that after I realised and made a complaint they very quickly apologised and refunded all of the money. It does not excuse the fact they are doing this to unknowing customers, but at least they did resolve it quickly. Will never buy anything from this company again though and I advise others to steer clear.

Bought a razor that was absolute rubbish and have been signed up for a monthly £22 subscription.
Absolutely disgusting that this is allowed to happen!!

Con of a company!

Con of a company! Ordered a trimmer that cost 19 pounds it came and was absolutely terrible, worth no more than a fiver! Then I've checked my bank statement and this company have sneakily signed me up to a monthly subscription, I have had varying amounts of around £20 a month taken for the following 3 months and I've had nothing to show for it! Disgusting way to conduct business stay away at all costs!!

Unauthorised Subscription Charges

Have had a similar experience to most of these reviews - bought a one off purchase of a razor only to discover four months later that I have been charged for a 'subscription' that I definitely would not have signed up for. I would have given no stars, but there isn't that option. The razor isn't even that good.

Unauthorised membership charges??

I have been charged over £80 for a monthly membership subscription I did not sign up for just by purchasing a shaver! This is such a sneaky way to do business and obtain money in such an underhand way.

SCAM - monthly fee without opt in

Wife bought an electric razor and like all the rest they have slipped in a free trial which was not opt-in. Have since taken around £75 worth in monthly payments which we just noticed on our bank statement
