Worst customer experience
I placed two orders for the same tooth floss product. The first arrived on time and the product itself was quite good.
However, my second order was a completely different experience - easily the worst customer service I’ve had in recent memory. Over the course of a month the order was delayed multiple times, which I only found out about by contacting them. The company only offered a series of excuses (without any apology). I eventually had to reach out again to request a refund, as it seemed unlikely I would ever receive the product or any proactive communication.
Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in the business, and I won’t be ordering again.
