I have ATTEMPTED to order two items from this company. The first item was in-stock and on sale. I ordered it, got an incredible deal, the order was confirmed and processed. I waited 3 or 4 days for the item to ship… It never did. The order was cancelled. No reason, no email to reach out to me. So, I ordered another, this time the promotional period had ended within those 3 or 4 days and the color I had originally ordered was out of stock. So I ended up paying more and didn’t even get the product I truly wanted. I did eventually get my item after I ordered the second time. Fantastic quality, exactly what I was looking for quality and function.

I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and attempted to order a second item (again, under a promotional period). The order was processed and confirmed. I waited SEVEN DAYS with no information concerning my order. I reached out in an email to check the status of my order. The following day (the 8th day) my order was cancelled without reason and my money refunded.

Absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure whether this company advertises sales to generate interest and then cancels orders purchased under the sale so they don’t actually have to sell an item at a lower price, but it seems very odd a company would turn away business to simply not put an item in a box and ship it. Especially when the item is still listed as in stock on their website. This company’s work ethic and customer service gives veterans a bad name. It’s embarrassing to have them as part of the community from that regard. They want to flaunt the idea of “masculine” and “tactical” ideals just to spit in their face and show Zero operational efficiency or effectiveness; no different than a unit malingerer. Operationally, this company is certainly Zero Foxtrot: “Zero Functionality”.

Well I’ll join the insert f word here ZFT club !! worst customer service ever!!! Got up to nine days on a 170.00$ order still hasn’t shipped ! I sent a email, got your standard we don’t give a (f- word)) here’s your money reply. I guess their to busy doing ( f word here) pod casts to worry about loyalty to customers that have bought a ton of shit from them.

Solid fitting clothes that are cool AF.

Their their Star Wars shirts are bad ass, I'm always getting compliments on the Dark Maul one.

I've previously subscribed to their membership since I thought it was a good value. I unsubscribed only because I don't need anymore shirts.

I absolutely think that the products from this company are fuqin kick ass. I own their jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and shorts, and I've been a proud member of their monthlyy shirt club for 2 and a half years. Hell, I just decided to order three or 4 sweatshirts. While their shipping might not be lightning fast, I've always received my packages in a timely manner. It's worth noting that most of the negative reviews seem to be related to slow shipping. If you're after next-day delivery, you can always order from Walmart or Amazon and get some Jap made sh#t, but if you want top-notch, American-made products, Zero Foxtrot is the way to go.

Clothes look and fit great but all the zippers are made in China junk. They wear out and break after a month or so. A jacket that doesn't zip up or down property is useless. All 3 woobie jackets I bought are useless and don't zip up anymore.

Incredibly slow lead and ship time to get in stock products. Ordered a custom kydex holster from another company that got to me and that I used in a class before my stupid blanket and jacket arrived. Their stuff is ok quality-wise but definitely not worth the wait or price. Will not be ordering from them again.

I would recommend ZF to anyone looking for great products & services from a trustworthy veteran owned company. It took some time to get my order processed but I don't count that as a negative. The product was quality & was exactly what I needed & expected. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

Great clothes but it took over 3 weeks to my order. You're killing your brand guys.

Placed order Aug 22nd it’s September 4th and I have yet to receive my order of 2 shorts that were in stock… I live in Houston TX…. The company is in Austin TX….. Probably will not be buying from this company again… plenty of other companies doing the same thing.. service should be a priority for a new brand…

Placed an order for a pair of shorts on Thurs Aug 29,2024. I paid for 2 day express shipping. My order has yet to even move. When looking up tracking info, all it says is label created. Granted, Monday was Labor Day, I’ll allow a one day grace period, but it hasn’t even shipped yet and tomorrow is Thursday, a week from ordering. So much for 2 day shipping. If my order isn’t delivered by Saturday and shipping charge fully refunded, I’m calling my CC company to dispute the charges. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They’re a sham.

Website claims orders ship within 1-2 business days. Mine took TEN days to ship. Was supposed to be a birthday present for my son who is a marine veteran. When you email them you get an automated response. LAME! His birthday was yesterday and the order still hasn’t arrived. Customer service sucks… I will never order from them again that’s for sure. There’s plenty of good companies out there that know how to run a legit business…these guys definitely don’t! Don’t order from them.

They lie about shipping times. Took over a week to CREATE THE SHIPPING LABEL.

First purchase of two shirts came in on time. Size charts were correct. Nice threads.

Ordered, 10 days later, I cancelled the order. The order never shipped. The delivery pigeon must have died. However, I did get my refund.

Shipping times are looonng. They definitely do not ship within the time frame they claim. Ordered on a Saturday the claim weekend order process and ship mon-tues they didn't ship the order till the following Monday and they use the ups-usps shipping which is a 7-10 business day delivery window. They do not say that in the website in the least
Took about 11 days to receive my order. When I reached out to customer service it took 2 days to get a response and after it " ships from them" it's a UPS/USPS issue. They also claimed it was " busy time" which idk what's going on a random week of June that makes it your busy time but .

Ordered a 2xl in silkie shorts and it said it would fit a size 41 however they fit like a fn small. The size chart is not accurate.

My experience with ZERO FOXTROT up to this point has been AWESOME. Their website was easy to maneuver and they offer great discounts. I just made my first purchase from ZERO FOXTROT and when I receive the Pants that i ordered i will update my review.

I’m reading the reviews and some are saying is bad and a scam but I think u people are trying to put a bad name on this company I’ve been buying from ZERO FOXTROT 2 years straight and almost every month I buy a shirt and you know why because they have an excellent customer service and they reply the very next day but the most important thing for me is the Awesome designs, quality and how it adapts to your body as soon as you put them on So Thank You ZERO FOXTROT for making these badass awesome shirts 🇺🇸🤘🏻

Ordered a woobie hoodie from them and within a week it was falling apart, been waiting months for them to restock any style at all in my size (L/XL not uncommon) here we are almost 4 months and they are only willing to refund base price so I'm out a hoodie and money dealing with these people.. trash ass company
When you mess up as a company you make it fully right. You don't offer on site credit that can't even get me another hoodie without more shipping and handling fees.. they should cover all that. I wouldn't order a $2 sticker from them again.

I read a bunch of negative reviews on Zero Foxtrot after ordering the Tac 2.0 jacket and I almost canceled my order because of how bad they were.. Customer service responded quickly to my concerned email and they apologized and asked that I consider them in the future.. I ended up sticking with the purchase.. I'm very glad I did.. They shipped within a day or two and I received the jacket today. The look quality and fit all met and exceeded my expectations. This is an awesome jacket. And for the money spent I highly doubt there's much out there that can compete..

I have no idea why they have received the negative reviews that I've read. For me they were top notch across the board.

From what I've read it seems there may be a company calling themselves Zero Foxtrot outerwear or something similar that may be the actual culprit .
