SCAMMER WEBSITE - DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered a pair of ASICS GEL KAYANO 32 - It never arrived. Their customer service is fake number too.
They dont respond to emails either.

Ordered 7 September 2026 (order ZRV:F1109, £69.95) with next day delivery shown at checkout. Nothing arrived, and Zeravi would never give a dispatch date, courier, tracking number or delivery date — only that it was "still in transit".

They then confirmed my refund four separate times in writing — "has just been processed", then a refund confirmation stating £69.95 "has been refunded", then 24–48 hours to check with their refund team, then 7 days to contact their billing team.

Every one of those deadlines passed. It is now 45 days since I paid and I have neither the shoes nor the £69.95. No transaction reference was ever provided, and they have now stopped replying.

Avoid. I'm pursuing a chargeback and a court claim.

Avoid this company and website AT ALL COST.
Ordered Hoka recovery sandals. Got a "tracking number" but nothing showed up. Spun a story about admin glitch and they would refund me.been almost 4 weeks with no refund and radio silence after appearing to be responding. Do not buy anything from them. You will be out of pocket.

Ordered a pair of HOKA's and they took a month to arrive by which time I had requested a chargeback from my bank to get my money back. The trainers eventually arrived but are fake. I have informed HOKA and Trading Standards. This website should be closed down!

I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers on the 15 Sept 26 and they haven't arrived???? I tried their tracking facility and got nothing! I paid £65 !to this company! They are absolute scammers! They should be shut down!!!!! Taking advantage of innocent customers! They have no soul!

Beware! These are full-fledged scammers. They send you replica products from China under the guise of selling authentic goods. They do not answer phone calls. Avoid them at all costs!

They got 1 star because i couldn`t put no stars.I ordered a shirt that didn`t arrive , now i`m having trouble getting my money back

After waiting 30+ days for Hoka trainers I have just received fake ones!
I’d already initiated a chargeback because of the wait time.
Avoid this company, it’s a dropshipper - item came from China.

AVOID! Fraudsters!
Not a UK based company, delivery from China, no tracking info, copy & paste customer service emails and fake refund notifications.
This company should be shut down!
Made several attempts to get my refund and have reported them.
Instead, buy from trusted online stockists or in-person at an actual store.
The negative reviews here reflect my experience. Zero stars!
Honestly, you don't need the headache!

Do not buy from these!!! If something seem to good to be true, it probably is!
They take your money on order, then say it’s not gone through properly and to re order and they will refund you. I had to threaten to take it further to get my money back after 2 weeks waiting!

Shame I can't leave zero stars. I just wish I'd read reviews before buying. Took a week to receive a tracking number after 2 emails. No response. When you send feedback you get zero response.

I wrongly assumed items were coming from the UK as they're listed as being based on Leicester. Trainers are coming from China. Tracking number provided is with China Post not recognised or incorrect.

Reporting system through Shop app is terrible. No option to cancel. Save your money and PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE. I'll update this review if I either receive the goods, get a refund or lose my money. Seems to be an absolute scam. Terrible experience.

What a rubbish company. First order they couldn't process so re-ordered and have heard and received nothing!! They do not respond to emails and the phone number does not work. Feel like I have been scammed!

Disappointing. Ordered some running trainers, sent the wrong ones. Answered their emails but refused to refund me, offering only 70% refund or store credit. No facility to receive the wrong trainers back as warehouse in China, said I would have to pay postage! I would avoid

This is 200% spam website.
1) They are not in the Leicester, UK. The address details they and the contact number provided in their website is fake.
2) When I ordered a shoe, they gave order number and tracking number. Then all of a sudden they sent an email when I did a follow up as they can't proceed with the shipping due to issue with payment process and asking me to make a payment.
3) Then they sent an email as order cancel and we have refunded the money. which is just an eye wash.
when I send a follow up they are not responding.

The website looks good.
When I ordered Hoka shoes I did not get a delivery date
When I asked I got a date that had some fluff built in from supplier but surprise surprise the shoes did not appear. I demanded my money back but I got another ridiculous estimate; thought maybe could be a Japanese supplier issue. Surprise surprise no goods. I have today sent the last request for money back which is a banking requirement.
So - don’t use these people. Don’t buy anything. You will only be upset with being ripped off. If I were closer I’d go visit but…
I can’t give a zero rating but these scam artists have to get a one.

This is a china based company pretending to be in the uk took 23days to deliver instead of the promised 7 to 10 day and then say if I want to return I have to send back to china but won’t give me an address to return to , my advice is to not buy anything from them

If I could give minus stars I would, this company are fraudulent scammers in China !!! They are not in Leicester uk as stated on website, they have robbed me of £65 which I have been trying to get back for 10 days , they keep saying they have refunded me when they have not , now reported to my bank and trading standards ombudsman, their phone lines are fake non existent… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. I wish I had done my research on this company first (Do not believe that this is a UK business). Every single thing that everyone else has stated is true…… No order received, tracking info false, cannot get through on the phone. They DO respond to emails but they have their delaying responses to a fine art. I have been waiting for my refund for weeks now and truly believe my money is lost…… right into their deep pockets with everyone else’s money . Just how many people have to complain about the same issues before this company is SHUT DOWN!
