This company is shit the phone don’t work and haven’t responded. DO NOT USE!!!!

Very unprofessional, I bought a jacket from this website thinking its in london it will arrive maximum in 2 days as I am in same city but I am now waiting for more than 10 days nothing no communication tracking stuck.. their number doesn’t work I sent email to complain no answer!! Avoid this website I don’t recommend it

Ordered jacket took 3 weeks to arrive. Jacket too small. Cannot get response about returns and refund. Just being ignored. Dreadful company !

I purchased a jacket 30//12/2025
I received it 11/01/2025 arriving too late thinking it was coming from London and not from abroad .
The jacket is too small and I have emailed company numerous times and got NO reply.
telephone number just rings off.
So do not order from this company poor customer service .
Disgusting service basically feel like i have ben ripped off.

The coat itself was fine, not worth £100 though, when we finally received it, but customer service is appalling. I emailed them 4 times and never got a response, I tried calling and got cut off. My coat took 3 weeks to arrive, and if I had wanted a refund or my parcel had been lost I don't know what I would of done as the company have been unreachable. Would definitely avoid this company . COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to return an item and made contact via their email address listed on their website for returns. It's been over a week and after multiple attempts to contact them, I haven't heard back from them.

Three weeks trying to return an item they won't answer their emails or phone. If you see this review please can you respond and help me to return an item. The item took ages to arrive too.

Two weeks trying to get return details .No communication no reply

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as my daughter changed her mind (typical!). I got in touch with customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sorted it straight away and the refund came through without any fuss. Honestly, such a lovely experience — proper old-fashioned good service, which you don’t get much these days!

I bought a jacket in black for my daughter for college because she hates wearing bulky, colourful jackets lined with furry material. That is a very lightweight jacket and is in effect a tech fleece but does not have fleece material inside, rather another fabric presumably designed to withstand wet and windy weather. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the sizing. My daughter normally wears medium but medium is skin tight over a simple T-shirt. I am going to have to exchange the jacket for an XL as I don’t think L is going to have much more room either because we need to be able to fit a light jumper underneath. It’s a nice jacket overall, has a hood with two toggles either side, two pocket on the chest and two side pockets both with zips, and two pockets inside WITHOUT zips. It is said to have reflective zips and be waterproof but we have not been able to test these features yet. I’ll write another review about the fit, how waterproof it is and if the zips are indeed reflective.
