The bike which came had a bent sprocket, and zephyr were happy to send a new socket to replace the damaged one
I was promised an upgraded screen, which I did not get, but I did get a free waterproof phone carrying case.

Great bike, very happy all round does everything I want

So far so good , although the bolts for the passenger foot pegs were to short had to go buy new ones!

Great bike, plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to build the bike as the instructions included aren't the clearest to follow. Fast postage, received the bike within a week of ordering.

I am absolutely wrapped with the Cruise X29... it's well made, well designed, and handles great, gear changes are smooth, suspension and seat are firm but comfy... I looked at dozens of ebikes before going with Zephyr... good work guys... you've given my freedom back Thankyou
